I got an instant reply from Chloe, within an hour my tickets were emailed to me thanks 😊

Have a payment plan but don't give me a…
Have a payment plan but don't give me a reference or a way of viewing my transaction, emailed them about a missed payment as I wasn't informed on what date it was coming out and just got a reply a week later asking if I would like it to come out that day!!!! Still worried if im getting my tickets or not

When setting up a payment plan with ourselves, instalment dates are shown before proceeding to book. Upon a successful booking, email confirmation is sent to reflect the plan was created and again, details the payment dates along with your booking references. (Please note, the 8 digit number you provided in the initial email is indeed you order reference).
We do also send a payment plan reminder email the day before an instalment is due to be taken.
Tickets are issued once the plan has been paid in full.
Looking over the communications between ourselves last month, a member of our customer service team has responded the following working day to each email with the information you have requested.
Further to this, I can see we have recently sent a couple of emails to you which remain unopened (event info and payment plan notification) this would lead me to believe our correspondence is automatically landing in your junk/spam folders.
If you would like to discuss any of the above, please give our customer service department a call on 0161 813 2222, a member of our team will assist and also have your email confirmation containing payment dates re-sent if you are unable to locate.
We certainly do not want you to worry about your booking Deonne, our friendly CS team will be happy to help 😊

One of the worst websites I've ever used. Every year I have to use this for an annual event, and cannot believe that it has not got any better over the years. It is truly infuriating to use, and always take several attempts jut to buy a pair of tickets. Gobsmacked at how a commercial website can still be so bad in 2024

Missing tickets
I was missing tickets for Glastonferry so I sent an e mail on evening to customer services. I was delighted to get a swift response from Chloe the next day, after verifying I had not received my tickets in the post Chlie arranged for replacements to be sent out. Brilliant , thanks Chloe.

Exceptional customer service! I lost some tickets I received in the post a few weeks ago, emailed ticket line to see if there was any way I could get some replacements and they emailed me some e-tickets less than 24 hours later. Couldn’t ask for more!

I got in touch with Ticketline to ask for my account to be amended
I got in touch with Ticketline to ask for my account to be unlocked, as I hadn’t used it for some time. I received a very quick response from Chloe, who unlocked the account for me. I then replied to ask if my address could be updated (as I wasn’t able to do this myself) and she replied within minutes to let me know that this had been sorted. I was very impressed with the speed and politeness of the service.

Thank you Ticketline! Circus ticket exchange.
I had booked tickets for a local circus show, but after I had received them, a change of circumstances meant that I could no longer attend on that date.
Having tried unsuccessfully to contact the circus team via social media, I emailed the ticket seller Ticketline to see if I was able to change the tickets to the following day - I was prepared to give up my more expensive tickets for the cheaper ones, but was not optimistic that they could help.
I couldn’t have been more wrong!
Within half an hour of emailing, a Customer Service agent from Ticketline had not only changed to the tickets to the exact seat booking for the next day, they also emailed back to confirm they had been changed.
I have already contacted the Customer Service agent directly to express my thanks, and to give them direct praise for their quick resolution.
This kind of speedy customer service without multiple back and forth Q&A’s to resolve a query shows a very customer-focused attitude, and helps keep customer satisfaction high.
When I next book tickets for an event, and if I see that Ticketline are the selling agent, I know I will be in safe hands!
