I had a battery fitted by this company, the process was not as smooth as I hoped, but the company dealt with all my concerns and it is all sorted now. A good company to deal with

After getting scam calls in the past we was very sceptical when thing green called and we hesitation we agreed to take out maintenance cover on our solar panels, 2 days later scaffolding was up and the repairs was completed our system is now working again great service

Cannot fault the 2 engineers who worked effortlessly for hours! We now have 2 new batteries installed.

Growatt battery installed this week with no hassle however cannot comment on savings yet

Our inverter for our solar panels was changed last week, we already had maintenance in place so when the inverter it packed up it only took tgp a week to get a new one fitted at no cost

The person visiting today was extremely arrogant as to a point of rudeness. He lied about his "right to touch" equipment, for example, he claimed that you had installed a battery that was only installed last week!
I am reporting the incident to organisations that you claim membership (Trading Standards".

Unsolicited phone call that had the telephone number concealed as 'Withheld'!
Female caller who had partial information, but not complete, and was unaware that my PV installation (by a different firm) had been fully operational for many months!
No idea what was the purpose of the call but if it was intended as in any way a 'sales' call then it is illegal to hide the phone number!

Really helpful. Preet is great on the phone and gets things sorted....

Had a lux battery installed with a 9.4kw storage capacity, tidy job and been working perfectly ever since.

Great service every year. Always professional and helped us alot with our solar panels.

Heat pump has been serviced for the past 2 years. In november our pump failed and TGP got the replacement part from LG and got the issue fixed. Very happy with or on going maintenance

We recently had think green take care of our solar thermal system which had a leak, a lovely engineer mark arrived and serviced our system and fixed the leak. Great to know they will be now looking after our Installation.

Had our solar panels cleaned again, we took out a contract 2 years ago and its good to see the company still doing the work as promised.

New inverter fitted with no issues from what I can see, hopefully we have more luck this time round

Air source heat pump is services by tgp every year unfortunately our heat pump stopped working in november they was straight out to find the fault and replace the part very pleased with the team

We had problems with our solar panels when they was originally installed however think green have gone above and beyond to get things working, great service after a rocky start!
