I ordered a slide for my granddaughters birthday
When It didn't arrive when stated I messaged customer service to enquire to be told it had gone to the wrong hub someone had printed the wrong label but it was sorted and now on its way
My parcel finally arrived after her birthday to find missing items
We can't even put it together its just sat in the box
After messaging again I'm told I have to wait for the warehouse to respond to see if they even have the parts
So unprofessional !!
I won't be ordering again

Had to contact customer services for a couple of missing items and the communication was absolutely great! They went beyond what i was expecting, by sending my missing items to my home address instead of the original delivery of click and collect. Saving me another trip to the shop.

Placed an order with the entertainer. Tracking details showed to be delivered by yodel on Saturday and Monday. The item never arrived. Tracking details show delivery was never attempted. Seem to be AI replies by email. They confirmed they would refund on email but a few days later send random replies. Very strange company. Poor customer service.

Ignore everything written above. After what was initially brilliant service or what appeared to be. Having heard nothing despite repeated emails to customer service to see what was happening with my order I have now been told that it has not been processed (and cannot be) and a manager would call back at 11. Still waiting and feeling panicked as my little boys birthday party is 11am on Saturday (in 2 days time) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND very disappointed

My item was despatched in time, I received the courier acknowledgement email, but it wasn't delivered and the tracking information wasn't updated. After a few days, I completed a customer service form online and a replacement item was despatched promptly with no quibbles.

Quickly resolved my issue due to damaged packaging and sent a replacement thank you

My experience from the Entertainer has been great on this occasion.
I ordered for click and collect on 9th May. 1 item said it had to be delivered to the store which was fine. This should have been 14th May. I have done 3 online contact us forms all have which have been unhelpful and to wait for it to be delivered to the store.

I rang the store and spoke to a gentleman called James who was quite helpful.

I messaged on Facebook messenger and spoke with Laeeqah who was helpful. She has arrange for the items to my home address instead with no extra cost for delivery. This is due to it being over 10 days now which shouldn’t take this long for click and collect.

O haven’t had an issue before. But seems there not great communication here and deliveries to the store isn’t being followed up.

Ordered next day delivery for an item that never came, however Refiloe was very quick with their response in offering a replacement/refund and they were also really friendly too

Order placed easily. I had to get in touch due to a spelling mistake, prompt, polite, helpful replies. Product coming straight from manufacturer, kept up to date with everything. Really helpful. Really happy with my purchase

Had an issue with my order which was quickly resolved by the team and a replacement item sent. Original order was received quickly. Overall happy with service, would buy from the Entertainer again.

Got a blunt email saying my parcel had been delivered to wrong store and would I like a replacement (never mentioned a refund) asked if it could be sent on to a store local as I would really like the item. Next thing an email for refund no apology and no reply. Disgusting customer service, now I have to reorder at full price!! Avoid.
Poor customer service and delivery service.

I was emailed an offer on the item I had been looking at. I had difficulty getting the price from the email to work in my basket. After a day of chats with Refiloe who tried to resolve the problem, I was told to order the item and then they would refund the difference in price. Very happy with the service.

Incorrect item was shipped and delivered, I have now been trying for 3 weeks to get it returned and refunded. Each time I am told the supplier (Tutti Bambini) have not responded so they cannot process my return. This is a simple return and refund issue and should not take this long to sort. I have now bought the product from elsewhere as we could not wait as we needed a high chair for our baby. But until this matter is resolved I am nearly £200 out of pocket for what should be a bread and butter Customer Service issue to resolve.

My issue was the delivery address defaulted to the billing address. I filled in the form and it was dealt with efficiently and promptly. Great customer service.

Had to cancel an order (as ordered another one to store). Laeeqah was super prompt and cancelled it for me so I did not end up paying twice! Thanks so uch x

Had an issue with buying online but when got to store, was emailed about a delay. Daughter didn’t want to delay and instead chose two items in store. Cashier advised they could cancel and I’d get a refund. This did not happen. As such, I had to call to get this sorted but fortunately, I dealt with a very friendly individual named Leeqah that sorted the issue very quickly. Hopefully the entertainer can sort out their processes and refund options rather than having to email, WhatsApp (both of which don’t get a response) with having to ultimately call. However the customer service reps on call are great. Experience of buying and initially trying to get a refund from a cancelled order wasn’t great but this was offset from the five star service offered by Leeqah.
