Noticed a seemingly "too good to be true" price on an HP Probook 440 G7 laptop, which I thought would make a great pressie for my pal's birthday and msjd to confirm details...Ben couldn't have been more helpful if he'd tried! Sent numerous pics and confirmed it was in excellent condition (it was indeed!) I bought a 2022 laptop in 2023 it looks like brand-new and it works like brand-new. It had a fresh install of windows 11 with all the updates and was at a bargain price saving me hundreds of pounds. I bought a laptop from tech outlet. It was in exact condition as specified. But it was not charging. I texted them through chat wizard, they acknowledged charger with incorrect wattage somehow got sent so they immediately sent the right charger the same day. Been using it for a month now no issues. You're covered with 1 year warranty. Customer service spot on. What more do you want? I highly recommend buying from techoutlet

You should start using grading system to describe the condition of the product. I did not expect so many scratches on all the surfaces of the laptop I bought.
