The Sims Resource Arvostelua

I’ve always loved TSR and their amazing collections! I took a little break from playing The Sims and completely forgot I had an active VIP subscription. Their support team was incredibly kind and helpful when I reached out, and they kindly issued me a refund. Really appreciate their understanding and great customer service!

I got very quick response to my message. Great customer service. 🩷

I love TSR, I took a break from playing the Sims and forgot I had auto signed up for VIP and they were so helpful getting me a refund. I also love their collections!

Fantastic custom content for the Sims games, and wonderful customer service. Price for subscription is more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

great customer service, super helpful and quick to respond!

My experience with TSR has been top-notch. The selection of MODs available on the site is massive and well-organized, making it easy to customize my game. Beyond the impressive content, their customer support is excellent. They truly care about user experience and resolve technical or account issues in no time.

A great place to download all kinds of TS4 modded content, minimal wait time on downloads (which means no required payment to download anything), great CC creators, and an awesome help desk/staff members! 🩷

They were very helpful and efficient with replying to me and sorting out a refund.

The Sims Resource has been amazing for my building and designing adventures. Although I'm no longer playing Sims 4 because of the buyout, I used The Sims Resource for years. If you design CC and if you love using CC in your builds and game, you really can't go wrong with this amazing site. There are so many options from amazing creators. You can browse for free, but the subscription will let you download all you want! It's well worth it...

10/10 Would Recommend for CC lovers!

Honestly, would 100% recommend for people who love to download CC for the sims 4. This is a very good place to get custom content. The subscription is worth the price and the customer service is FANTASTIC!!

My experience has been very positive, not only is the product awesome, the membership price is reasonable, the customer service experience is one of the best I’ve dealt with they care about their customers not just their revenue, they are prompt in getting any issues resolved,I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My go to for CC!

Subscription price is fair and totally worth it.
The site is easy to navigate. The download manager makes it so so easy, and u can find pretty much anything and everything.
Ive only had to contact them a handful of times in the years that ive used them, but everytime that I have, they have gotten back to me in good time, politely, friendly and issue/question is always solved.

Would totally recommend.

Took care of my issue in quick and timely matter. Very professional.

I forgot to cancel my membership and after informing them, they immediately refunded it with no hassle. Very friendly and great experience!!

Honestly great website, helped me with payment issues super fast :)

Requested a refund and they managed it so fast! Good service.

I’ve been using this site for years and I honestly love it. It’s my go-to for sims cc and I always find something, like there’s so much variety and the quality is really good. I keep coming back to it all the time
I would love to see more maxis match items and maybe a dark mode for latenight cc shopping, but either way I’m more than satisfied.

Definitely one of the best CC sites out there!

Great Service from Renata! I had a year membership I was trying to cancel but couldn’t online. I sent an email request in and Renata took care of it within 24 hours. She didn’t try to sell me anything like some other places do, just completed the task as requested. Thanks again!
