The Rooflight Co  Arvostelua

Good solid robust product delivered on time and well packaged. Internal design especially the amount of packing out quired from rafters to window edge could do with some more thought. My main reason for not giving more stars is the price, circa £650 for the smallest rooflight seems excessive but as my property is listed I had little choice but to pay up.

I have used TRC before and this time they were as helpful as before. The conservation roof light is in place and looking splendid. The front of house team made sure the good arrived spot on time ( even in these difficult times) and all was as requested by my roofer. Can't thank them enough.

I had an issue with the gasket that is stuck to the fixed frame and forms a seal under the opening vent. This gasket was curling away where the adhesive backing had let go, probably due to the gasket being fitted with mitred corners and joints so there was very little adhesive area at the ends.
One call to The Rooflight Company, left a message for the technical department, who rang me back the following day. We discussed the issue, they checked a couple of product details and offered to send me FOC replacement gasket by post, which they duly did.
No fuss, no hassle, high quality customer focussed support based on sound product knowledge and common sense. What a refreshing change!

Needed to replace perished rubber weatherstrip on 3 Neo rooflights installed by builder 8 years before.
Rang customer service with my original architects quote reference and it was despatched immediately at no charge!

Excellent product. Need to be a bit more explicit about dimensions for the kerb.

Recently self built my dream home

The property is in a conservation area so restricted on the look and materials I could use

I discovered The Rooflight Company at the Self Build Centre in Swindon

They were very helpful in the sales process and they behaved really positively when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong sizes - this was swiftly and positively rectified

The Rooflights are solid, sturdy and look amazing

Highly recomend

I spoke to the wonderful Pippa regarding the timing of our order and some difficult personal circumstances - she helped us immensely with grace and compassion. A fine example of customer services and I would highly recommend.

Rhiannon was a pleasure to deal with quick to respond so helpful and polite, If I needed more windows I would buy them based on the service I received today!

Abby Howey went out of her way to expedite delivery of blinds I needed urgently and subsequently Jackie in dispatch was very helpful about the delivery.

The service I received was excellent and very prompt except that I had been told that the ordering team would be in touch with me to arrange a convenient delivery date (particularly important as the items were being delivered to an address where nobody was resident) but actually they arrived without warning, luckily when my brother happened to be visiting the property. I also have not received any confirmation of delivery via email.

great service, quality product.

Exceeded expectations
From handling questions about the product through procurement to delivery
Turned what I thought would be difficult into success

Caroline was superb all the way through. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and her responses were always most helpful.

We had a problem with a secondary rubber seal lifting on our 5 year old rooflights. Their customer care department were very prompt in communicating the remedy and supplying free of charge replacement seals,
I am so pleased our builder specified a small UK manufacturer The Rooflight Company because of the excellent after sales service which is so often lacking with large companies.

I bought 7 windows and 6 blinds from this company. When ordering the blinds online I was confused by the huge lists of window codes. I hit order for code CR11-3 believing I was ordering blinds for a window within the range of CR11 to CR13. It turns out I had made a big mistake! I am now being told nothing can be done. I have struggled to get any proper assistance from customer services and am just told the manager is away or off. Customer services are very polite but only respond when chased and even then it’s to explain that it’s being looked at. I have been trying to resolve this for a week. I have even spoken to the supplier of the blinds who were lovely but explained The Rooflight Company were the ones that needed to help me - this help seems very hard to find.

We have still to complete our order (details required) but I notice our payment has already been taken anyway

Fantastic customer service and help from the Rooflight Company. Very impressed with the after sales service.

Very fast reliable service and great quality windows
