The Rooflight Co  Arvostelua

Windows not fitted yet but would like to comment on the delivery. We had been told that the delivery department would get in touch with us a week before delivery to arrange a suitable day. This did not happen, all we got was an email saying the windows would be delivered the next day and it gave us no chance to change or make any comment. Just luck that we were around the next day. This should be improved on.

great service, would use again

Nothing wrong with the product.
The delay was shocking and the updates verging on negligent, explanations for the delays were not believable.

As we live in a Conservation area the Conservation range fit within the height restrictions and we are very pleased with the look inside and out as well as the quality. We decided after fitting to add winders and the Customer Service department were outstanding with advice and placing the order.
The fitter threw all but two Warranty documents but the CS came to our aid and registered all five units. I have no hesitation in recommending The Roofing Company.

The product was good and delivered on time

Agent was very good, patient and professional.

Let down by your telephone situation and mybe misunderstandings at toimes as the measurements were the most important detail and somehow we got things wrong

But we got there in the end and Chris was excellent throughout

Product was way too expensive (upto x5 more) against alternatives.

Hugely helpful customer service. And really good products.

Four Conservation Rooflights installed 13 years ago. No problems experienced to date except one of the double glazed panels has now failed. Contacted Rooflight Company on chance that a replacement part (casement) was available. Customer Service replied within 24 hours and subsequently immediate responses until completion of the query. Cannot fault after sales service, even after 13 years from purchase!

Just contacted the Rooflight company regarding replacement coach bolts, requested a call back and received one within 30 minutes, from the very helpful Rhianna, What can I help you with? it’s on its way! Perfect 👌🏽 Thanks

Rooflights were delivered in good time and on the date promised, but on a pallet that had a leak and got wet through. All the boxes are drenched making it difficult to move them (the cardboard disintegrated. They otherwise seem Ok

We ordered two conservation rooflights for our listed barn and we are over the moon with the result. The customer service was outstanding, delivery on time and there were good, clear instructions for my husband to follow. We are delighted, thank you.

Professional, friendly and helpful service.

Great Roof light and a good match to the original.
Delivered on time as well as promised.
Will definitely order from them again.

You were very helpful and promptly dealt with our enquiry, we would use you again.
Thank you for your good service.

Helpful and polite domestic sales team, my order arrived when scheduled, but with a minor item missing which unknown to sales was temporarily out of stock, a quick call and it was sorted the missing item then arrived when promised. Many thanks.

Took me over two weeks to actually speak to someone… still waiting now over two weeks later for my product. Had no choice but order through you, otherwise would have gone else were.

When I finally did speak to someone “Jane”, she was very helpful indeed.
