Peace of Mind.
I have been considering equity release for a while now, and finally decided to seriously look into it, now that I am retired. Had the most amazing support all the way through the process, with good access to advice and answers to my questions.
Everything was clearly explained, and lots of supporting paperwork provided.
I now have peace of mind and can undertake some much needed repairs to my home.
Many thanks to all concerned for an excellent service, especially to my financial advisor Dean Smith, who was always on the end of the phone when needed.

Very Helpful
Very helpful and patient.
TRER were the second company we went to. First was really pushy and totally lost my trust when he said annual repayments of the interest would be about the same as monthly. (not true)
The TRER rep gave us all the help (and space) we needed to make a decision.
