Excellent advisor . Very fast and simple process

Very helpful, kept us informed throughout the process. We are now enjoying our retirement free from money worries.

My sister in law put me onto this company as she advised me they were very committed to getting the best deal possible dependent on circumstances. I already had taken equity release a few years earlier and rates had tumbled. Ian was the agent who was recommended to me and he was fully supportive throughout the process. Also this company got me a release with Pure Retirement Ltd which is totally flexible on repayments if you wish to set up a standing order. If you choose to pay regular interest payments you can and if you cannot afford to pay you can stop and start as you wish bearing in mind that interest will then start to roll up as years go by leaving less money on death of last applicant. It's up to you. My previous company had a 5 missed payments and out policy whereby if you missed a sixth payment you could not pay anymore and interest would consequently roll up from then onwards greatly reducing the final equity in your property. I would strongly recommend this company and be open and clear on your own needs to enable best advice in return. I would also advise considering Solicitors recommended by this company as they will (although being a shade more expensive) see your application is dealt with much more smoothly due to connections etc.

It took rather longer than expected. Right Equity Release did their best to keep things moving and the delay was not caused by themselves but by our existing Building Society/Bank. If we have a critiscism, it would be that there may just have been a degree of over optimism at the outset.
The final result did, however, meet our expectations.

Everything very easy and clearly explained. We knew exactly what we were getting into and everything was done for us.
