I found Tim to be very open and honest…

I found Tim to be very open and honest and everything was clearly explained. Not only that he saved my family from a potential 92k savings on the equity release I already had at a very high interest rate. Tim just about halved it

Such an easy process

The whole process went unbelievably smoothly from the time the financial advisor initially visited to receipt of the cheque from the solicitors.

Everything was clearly explained at each stage and all questions answered professionally so that I feel I have definitely made the right decision following the very professional and detailed advice.

A fantastic service!

A fantastic service!
Tony has been brilliant from start to finish, especially as the process has taken around 18 months with changes along the way. All questions have been answered quickly and with full explanation if required.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend 'The Right Equity Release' to other family members or friends.

Started really good and positive, then adviser lost interest and found other things to do!! Calls not returned, no real interest in us even knowing that my wife was really stressed..

Most of the problems that needed sorting I did myself and it seemed that the adviser was quite happy to collect his fee....

wasted 4 weeks with nationwide

wasted 4 weeks with nationwide. picked you at random on internet.Wish we had used you in the first place. It would have saved us a lot of worry and would have been done so much faster. Money was for our Daughter to buy her exhusbands share of their House.By adding more Money this is happening and we hope is all finished within the next 14 days. Thank you. E R...a complex process made easy

John was informative, supportive and patient through what is actually a very demanding process. No question was too small and all answers were honestly given.
I would recommend The Right Equity Release to anyone thinking of undertaking E R.
Make sure you fully grasp the effect of the compounding of interest over ten, fifteen and possibly twenty years. This was fully explained.
When I finally took ER , I had been provided with all the answers by John to make an informed decision. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just patience until I was happy and ready.
I recommend The Right Equity Release unreservedly.
