I purchased some boots for my daughter…

I purchased some boots for my daughter in lockdown in Sydney & they became unavailable.
The emailed me letting me know & offering another pair at a reduced cost. It was all very professional & the boots were delivered in a couple of days. All in all very good customer service. Thank you

Cute and comfortable

Love these as my ‘slippers’ for working from home. They are comfortable and offer support for every day wear! I have already recommended to friends!

I loved how fast the shipping was

I loved how fast the shipping was, easy and also when I needed help customer service was ON POINT , a part from a scam email thinking it was my parcel it was a random . Regardless the shoes got to me soo fast definitely shopping here again.

Fantastic

Fantastic customer service. Fantastic postage. Fantastic products. I was really surprised that the shoes and boots I purchased looked great and are as comfortable as I could ever hope for. Since having a child, all my stilettos have been packed away and I’ve been looking for great shoes ever since. And now I’ve found them at Therapy Shoes. The shoes I purchased have a great heel and I feel great wearing them.

Just wow!

Love the boots I bought; such great quality and fit true to size. Shipping was super quick and it's always a nice surprise when you get to the checkout and the item is further reduced.
