Jury Still Out on These Stakes
I searched for robust garden stakes because I was sick of the Bunnings one rotting off at the ground, and these came up. They looked good on the screen, plastic coated steel and a bit cheaper than the wooden Bunnings ones. They came quickly but I was surprised at how flimsy they seem. Time will tell if they are any good.

Breach of Consumer Laws
I ordered a 3pack cabinet set.
I received 3 boxes but only 2 cabinets.
Breach of Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as follows:
- VidaXL failed to deliver my full order failing to meet the consumer guarantee protected under ACL.
- VidaXL has refused to offer a partial refund that is aligned with the drop in value of the missing item ($40 was offered for an item worth $100)
- VidaXL has refused to provide the missing cabinet - businesses are responsible for fixing business errors at no cost to me.
- VidaXL is requiring me to return all items for a full refund however ACL allows me to keep the supplieed items and receive a partial refund.
Edit: In the end I did receive a refund of $103 when I sent an email with the above information and clearly stating they have 24 hours to resolve it. Their breach was successfully rectified.

This lounge was described as being two children sizing. They would have to be newborns to fit two children. Photos and descriptions were misleading. So small and material definitely not velvet. Very dissatisfied do no buy.

I had to have this delivered to a NSW address and my girlfriend then brought it up as she was visiting over Easter. If she had not been coming up we would not have ordered.
Delivery was quick to Sydney metro.

Product is fine
Product is fine. Delivery of the product is rubbish. Carrier firstly said that they couldn't deliver - to an address that is open between 7.00Am and 5.00PM daily. I spent a considerable time trying to use delivery tracker - a waste of time - told me that it was on board for delivery for a week. Courier (Toll Ipec) in Bathurst has no phone that answers. 10 days after we were told that the delivery would take place we went to the depot. Initially the goods couldn't be found. After some searching, they were located.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery The umbrella I got was quite cheap quality in comparison to ones I’ve had before, but it was very economical to buy so I can’t complain. Only thing is…it tells you to spray it with waterproof spray. I wasn’t prepared to have to do that. I was expecting the umbrella to do the job of keeping water out on its own. Which is what previous umbrellas have done for me. it has cost me $30 more to get waterproof spray for the umbrella which I have not been able to use yet because it constantly keeps raining. However, the umbrella does seem to keep a lot of the rain out when it’s not too heavy.

Unfinished timber lit of saw dust and loose shavings coming of good to give you splinters
Daughter stepped on the dust and got splinter.
Difficult to put together.
Not bothering to open other three.
Want to return.

Office close at 10am on Thursday morning.
Other number doesn't work.
Don't now hot to get my refund and return the product.
Absolute rubbish never ever again.
After all this i received email from them.
I returned everything back a got a refund.
I had very good experience with them in the past.
This one time the product was not good.

NEVER AGAIN This is bad on so so many levels ,nothing like how it is advertised. Materials very poor weak and twist and go out of shape just by looking at them panels are hopeless roof is pathetic , instructions very poor and I would doubt that this company has even tried to build this themselves . Very disappointing that you saved up to buy but get caught in the situation when starting to build knowing you have wasted your money . Sad that something exciting ends up just being rubbish . Not a great product
Not a great product. Very flimsy. Screw & bolts provided go through the holes, providing washers would probably fix this.
The length was 224mm with 4 joins though only 3 brackets provided so uneven.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. If you can call it service. I purchased a gazebo and requested it be sent to a parcel collect. I was sent an email requesting consent to send it there. I did that. They sent me the same auto message saying it couldn't be sent there so I gave them my home address to send it to. They then canceled the order still saying it was a PO Box. I was told in the chat that I didn't respond. Yes I did. I was told I needed to order it again. Waste of my time. Thats not how you treat customers. Fix the problem and send the goddam gazebo!

VidaXL stole my mattress
I bought a four piece pine wood outdoor lounge set, and to put it politely, my experience was dog shit awful. Firstly, the item arrived without all it's parts so I couldn't put it together.whwb I tried to make the beta of the situation and put together part of it, I discovered it was poor quality with pegs snapping during the construction process. The kogan team kindly offered me a full refund on return of the ite;however, when their courier came to pick up the neatly packaged and labelled item while I was at work, they accidentally took a new mattress without labelling or correct packaging that had been delivered that morning (at great expense and meaning I could finally stop sleeping on a camping mat). When I requested the return of the incorrectly taken item, the team were very polite, but they couldn't ascertain that was what had happened or return the item with any speed. I am still waiting for its return...
