Excellent service
The Radiator Company went to a lot of trouble to source two radiators we needed as a direct replacement for two defective ones. Caroline traced the manufacturer, and ordered them on our behalf. We were kept informed every step of the way, and she never minded our questions!
I would highly recommend this company, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

It's difficult to review when I'm still…
It's difficult to review when I'm still waiting for my order to arrive and I've received no indication/communication regarding delivery date! Ordering and paying were both straightforward and the web site was easy to navigate. When my order arrives, there's a good chance I will increase my star rating. It seems odd to request a review prior to fulfilment.

Awful Client service and incorrect technical information listed on website - beware
If possible, do not ever buy radiators from this company - we purchased over 15 wall mounted radiators - our plumbers did the first fix per technical dimensions listed for for pipes centres from their website - these were all around by 50mm and so we had to re do first fix plumbing and huge expense - this was due to longer lead times than promised - we had by this stage put on plaster board and plastered. When the radiators turned up on site for fitting - pipe centres were not as stated on the company's website and all of the plaster board walls had to be pulled down - when it came to asking for recompense - they are offered pounds when it cost thousands to put their incorrect technical details published right - some months later the website was still listing incorrect pipe centre dimensions which was truly shocking that other customers were potentially going to experience the same pain - steer clear and buy elsewhere.
