Fabulous Experience
I recently had the pleasure of ordering bottles and pots from The Plastic Bottle Company, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Helen was incredible throughout the entire process. She guided me step by step, from selecting the right sizes to choosing the perfect lids. Without her assistance, I would have been lost.
Helen's warm, funny, and kind nature made the whole experience enjoyable. She truly understood all my needs and was genuinely interested in my new venture. Her expertise was evident, especially when she helped me figure out the right quantities to order.
I highly recommend The Plastic Bottle Company and their fantastic team! They really go above and beyond to assist their customers. Their products are top-notch, featuring ocean plastic prevention efforts which add a meaningful touch. The family-run atmosphere shines through in the way they take care of their clients. If you're looking for quality products and exceptional service, look no further than The Plastic Bottle Company!

What a great company
What a great company! I ordered some Boston bottles, I just needed the bottles and not the pumps, 10 minutes after I placed the order, they called to double check that I had not missed ordering the pumps.. great customer service.. I received the bottles within a few days. So super quick delivery. One week after I received my order I received a hand written postcard in the post thanking me for my order. ( TBH my order was only small as well) I will definitely use The Plastic Bottles Co for future orders!

Free Samples
Love the fact that you can order samples. Packaging would be better as boxes not as a bag as my previous bottle sample got squished. Thank you.

I like to talk to someone with a name, not an answering machine/chatbot/website. Which is what you do. You sent the wrong bottles but corrected it immediately. Excellent.

Absolutely lovely company to deal with
Absolutely lovely company to deal with, everything is a next day delivery. They’ve got me out of a mess on more than one occasion dating back to 2020 when things became extremely difficult to get hold of during the pandemic.
Thank you guys

Amazing proactive customer service - thank you!
Soon after placing my first order, Julie telephoned me to say she thought one of the 'caps' I had ordered might not be suitable. My order was small and so I was particularly blown away to receive such pro-active helpful customer service. Just brilliant! I chose to purchase from this company as they were a family run UK based company - I am really glad I did. Thank you. I now hope to sell lots of my own products so I can do more business with you! :-)
