The Personal Agent Arvostelua

Callum has made the whole process super smooth and easy.

Always replying fast to emails and questions I have had about any of the properties.

Me and my partner have now found our perfect flat and we cant thank Callum enough!

Many thanks to Sarah Goddard from Personal Agent Epsom.
Great service, friendly and polite during the stressful process of selling. Highly recommend.

Sarah handled the sales progression on a trade in unit we took against one of our new builds. The whole process was superb and communication excellent,

I had a good experience renting a property through Callum Kirkby at The Personal Agent. As a tenant, I found him extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always approachable with a smart, friendly manner. He answered all my questions, addressed concerns quickly, and kept me updated every step of the way. Callum helped us secure a great home faster than expected, overcoming any hurdles along the process and making the entire move smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him to any tenant looking for reliable, top-notch support!

I recently moved in to my new home, and Callum made the experience really seamless, he helped make the move far easier and simpler than I thought it would be.

Despite us not previously knowing the location very well, the Personal Agents had a good understanding of the type of properties and areas which would best suit us. John from the Banstead office has been particularly helpful in giving advice and support, along with guiding us through the various stages of our house purchase.

Personal Agent is responsive to any queries and follow ups. Kept updated on sale. Our house sale brochure and photos/video were very well done and detailed.

Site is very easy to navigate and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

John from the Banstead branch, has been really supportive and helpful throughout our selling process. We are both really grateful for all his sound advice which culminated in the sale of our house within the timeframe we were looking at. We would definitely recommend Personal Agent.

Magnificent job by John & Suzy (hope I got the spelling right!) for showing us the house in Banstead and the communications could not have been more clearer. The whole process has been smooth and responses have been quick! Definitely recommend

Callum at the Epsom branch was amazing, he went above and beyond and helped us over come hurdles to get us in our rented home. He’s incredible

The agent guide me through clearly on every single steps and very helpful.

I had a great experience buying a property with Daniel he was also quick to get back to me and always kept me updated , nothing was ever an issue

Really positive engagement with Personal Agent, in particular Sarah who was incredibly proactive and helpful at moving the transaction forward. I would recommend as good value for money and service.

Exemplary service from all at the Personal Agency but, especially John, George and Mark!
I was extremely nervous about the whole process but these members of Staff helped me with tireless explanation and caring advice.
Cannot thank them enough!

When I first walked into the office I was greeted by Callum
Very politely
I had never rented before
The way he explained the procedure was very clear and made my experience easier

Callum has been highly professional and so personable from start to finish, the whole process has been a breeze. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

We have had excellent communication from Callum, from the initial enquiry to the tenancy agreement being arranged and completed.

During the process of selling and buying we encountered a number of challenges and difficulties but they were all handled thoroughly and tirelessly.

I had a very positive experience with Charlotte during my recent inspection. She was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough, explaining everything clearly and putting us at ease throughout the process. The service provided was efficient and well organised, and Charlotte was happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, an excellent service and I would highly recommend her.
