The Personal Agent Arvostelua

It was a long process selling my 2 bed flat in Epsom but Sarah was helpful & always available to talk to & discuss matters I didn't always understand!

I have just sold my property with the personal agent in Banstead. We had various delays and issues with the solicitors, however Mark was brilliant throughout. He got involved numerous times to help speed up the process between the solicitors, right to the very end and even on completion day. Thank you for your help Mark and to everyone at the personal agent who assisted throughout the sale.

A great company to deal with, very helpful staff and special thanks to Becky Moore for speedy responses and help. Keep up the great work.

Thank you to Becky Moore of the Epsom branch for her help with the issue that my tenant had. She kindly liaised with different parties and sorted the issue quickly.

Sarah has been very helpful and thorough throughout

Thank you, Stephanie, for understanding our queries and promptly following up with the landlords. Your quick responses helped clarify how we should proceed with our property-related commitments. We really appreciate your swift action and support

Stephanie the Lettings Administrator has provided excellent service throughout the start of my tenancy, making the moving in process quick and easy as well as handling document for the old tenants incredibly swiftly. Would definitively recommend.

The help I experienced from Stephanie was excellent. She managed me through the end of tenancy, helping me with all my questions promptly and looking after my tenants. Thank you Stephanie

I had a really great experience working with this estate agency. The whole team was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me updated regularly and were always quick to respond whenever I had questions.

What I appreciated the most was how smooth and stress-free they made everything. Buying/selling property can be complicated, but they guided me through every step and made it much easier than I expected.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

Glad we sold our property with The Personal Agent in Epsom. We had honest and expert advice from the offset after struggling to sell for 3 months with another agent. The personal agent created a beautiful video of our property which I feel really did help our sale. They also suggested what would and wouldn’t work and gave an honest breakdown of the current market. Many thanks to Richard for his honesty, professionalism and reassurance throughout the sale process.

I felt they communicated well with us as sellers, although we didn’t get enough feedback from viewings in general, but when we did have a successful viewing it was well communicated.

Sarah from after sales was excellent and communicated well, liased with us effectively, took our concerns seriously and called back when she said she would.

Overall, very happy we switched over to the Personal agent and can honestly say, the Epsom team were excellent.

I used The Personal Agent (Epsom Branch - Lettings) recently and cannot fault the professionalism, friendliness and expertise of these people - specifically Callum who made the process seamless with up to date communication all the way from beginning to end. Callum and his team were wonderful and I'd highly recommend him and The Personal Agent again to anyone looking at letting / selling.

The Stoneleigh branch team are simply brilliant. The marketing is absolutely top grade, their market insights and knowledge is excellent, and they are constantly going the extra mile to support their clients. We bought our house from them 10 years ago, and I knew if we ever came to sell I’d go straight back to them, but they have genuinely surpassed my expectations. Thank you

Thank you to Stephanie for all her help with our house move! For our first home, the personal agent have been great and always available to help or answer any questions.

I’ve been in regular contact with Steph both via email and over the phone, and she is always so helpful, responds to any questions really quickly, and goes the extra mile to ensure we have everything we need; something as first ‘timers’ we couldn’t have asked for more and really appreciate. Thanks so much for your help!

We’ve just moving into our new property and wanted to share how positive our experience has been with the letting agent. From the initial viewing right through to moving in,Ethan Haddon was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He answered all our questions promptly, kept us well informed throughout the process, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. It really made a difference during what can often be a busy and overwhelming time. Thank you for the excellent service — we really appreciate it!

Callum was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely kind throughout our lettings process. He was always happy to answer our questions, kept us well informed.

We really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and personal touch. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone looking for supportive and reliable estate agents. Thank you again for everything!

A big thankyou to the personal agent team especially John & Mark at the Banstead office on the sale of my house but also on finding me a new home, great communication, reliable, responsive and totally professional. Really appreciate all the continued help.

I had a great experience working with Kai during my property search. He was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the process, always keeping me informed and answering my questions.
His calm, proactive approach made everything feel smooth and well managed. I would highly recommend Kai to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

We have had a very positive experience with the Personal Agent, dealing mainly with John and Mark. Very comprehensive communications together with a great level of professionalism at all times

Sarah was exemplary throughout our sale. She moved the process along at pace, always with attention to detail and a pragmatic, solutions focused approach. She was instrumental in finding practical ways forward for the benefit of the entire chain and maintained clear, consistent communication from start to finish.

She is a real credit to The Personal Agent and, without doubt, the reason I would confidently recommend this firm to anyone selling their home.

Just wanted to say thanks to the team at The Personal Agent in Epsom for setting me up with my new flat I've just moved into. The staff in the branch have been helpful everytime I've visited, and Ethan specifically has been very helpful and responsive as my letting agent via email and phone.
Also wanted to say thanks to Becky for being responsive to any issues raised since I've moved in, thanks!
