The Personal Agent Arvostelua

We had a great experience with The Personal Agent, especially Natasha Sanchez MARLA. She was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Natasha always responded promptly, kept us well informed and made everything run smoothly. We truly appreciate her support and would happily recommend both Natasha and The Personal Agent.

We bought our house with Personal agent.
Sarah, who dealt with the transaction was fantastic. She was very pro active in communication, bridging the gaps between solicitors and ensure delays were minimal.
Definitely recommend them.

Katy Jones was very friendly and professional.

I would highly recommend The Personal Agent, and in particular Natasha, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.

Natasha has been incredibly helpful, supportive and responsive from the very beginning.

What really stood out was how genuinely helpful and understanding she was. She was always professional, but at the same time very approachable and reassuring, and we always felt that she was personally invested in helping us get everything sorted.

We are extremely grateful for all the support Natasha gave us and for the effort she put in on our behalf. She is a real credit to The Personal Agent and made a potentially stressful experience considerably easier.

We had John from the Banstead branch as our estate agent on our recent house purchase. We can not thank him enough, from the start on our viewings he was friendly, professional and always available to answer questions. John made the process so easy , would highly recommend him to anyone using personal agent. Thank you John

Katy Jones was very easy to deal with. Was very nice and made the process as simple as it could be 👍🏾

Katy is very professional and friendly.

I had a good experience working with Miss Stephanie Foley. She was helpful, answered my questions clearly, and provided the information I needed throughout the process. She was easy to contact when I needed assistance, which I appreciated. Overall, the process went smoothly, and I would recommend her services.

Sarah at The Personal Agent was extremely helpful in dealing with the sale of my late father’s house. I’m not sure it would have happened without her.

We had the pleasure of having Katy do our first inspection she was so lovely and so helpful!

Becky has been great at communicating and solving any issue that arise! Can only recommend

Stephanie at the Epsom office has provided us with excellent service, sorting out our end of tenancy which was not straightforward. She was efficient, had great communication, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Always a pleasant experience when communicating with The Personal Agent Staff. Special thanks to Katy Jones! A lovely lady and delight to meet when carrying out our property inspection. Katy was so accommodating, understanding, friendly and very professional in her work role. Thank you Katy! - Ella Mitchener

Becky has been great at managing our property

I have just sold my property through Personal Agent. The sales progression was dealt with by Sarah Goddard who was amazing. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and explained any developments which I was unsure about me. She was always available either by email or telephone and if she was off she gave me another point of contact. Moving is a very stressful time but with Sarah’s excellent communication skills she made the whole experience a very positive one. I am so pleased that she will be dealing with my purchase too!

We had an issue with the dishwasher, that led to be out of order for about less than two weeks 😑, we thought that it had to be replaced by a brand new one, which costs a lot in these days...
We contacted the property management team, thankfully Becky Moore of Epsom branch is working there and has handeled our request, amazingly she dealt with it and sent over an engineer within 24 hours, now the dishwasher is back on!
Her approach was active, quick and professional... many thanks 😊

Katy Jones was very thorough and efficient in her inspection and sent me the report the same day, which I’ve never had before. Thanks a lot Katy

Katy jones was very lovely and friendly,Answered all my questions I asked her.

In a very difficult market, John and Kai at the Banstead office persevered until our house was eventually sold. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

Have had a great experience renting with The Personal Agent. Becky has made sure to assist us with any problems in a timely manner and has been extremely helpful.
