The Old Cinema Arvostelua

Brilliant service from the team. Kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend

Loved the item and delivery was in time

great stuff

The delivery was fast. The items arrived exactly as shown in the pictures and as described. I would definitely recommend this antique shop!

The customer service from Joe & Emily was outstanding from beginning to end.

They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even reserving the item for me while I arranged the payment etc and once everything was ready the delivery process was seamless.

This cabinet was a gift, and the recipient is extremely happy with it. Its absolutely beautiful.

You don't come across genuinely great customer service as often these days, so this was such a breath of fresh air. Nothing felt like too much trouble, communication was excellent throughout and the whole experience was effortless.

Thank you Joe & Emily :)

Well how long have you got?
I love the Old Cinema in fact I could happily live in there so many wonderful pieces of furniture whetebIvfound my dream sofa. The team at front of house couldn’t be more helpful as living on the Isle of Wight needed transportation again they came up trumps & with their recommendation all arrived safely thank you so much until the next time kind regards Moira

Great Range of mid century pieces and all well presented. Knowledgable staff and good service. Would be good if they could find a faster courier or perhaps have a premium for express delivery. 15-20 days can be a long time in some circumstances

Very happy customer. Our Indian doors are just beautiful.

Thanks team

Olivia delt with my purchase over the phone and she was more than helpful, I am not very good online, but with her help the process went very smoothly.

Easy to order, order acknowledged, personal notification of delivery, delivery on time. Perfect.

Great photos, making it easy to buy without seeing the product in person. Also always well wrapped and delivery has been seamless!

Great service and beautiful product. Packaged and shipped expertly.

Looked for a good quality large weathered teak garden seat for ages - found it on The Old Cinema website.
Delivery was efficient and it lol segregation in our farmhouse garden.

The garden seat was exactly as described. Service was immediate, excellent and friendly.

Delivered in a few days, VERY well packaged. And it was in great condition, just as advertised on the website. Also had a great experience with the delivery team - went for the 2 man delivery and glad I did that.

The staff were polite well informed and helpful. The object I bought was authentic. The stock overall in the shop is attractively laid out.
My one issue is the lack of a lift as I have mobility issues but understand it is an old building.

I've used The Old Cinema several times for both small and larger purchases and from purchase through to delivery and any subsequent queries they could not be more responsive and helpful. I've never experienced anything other than first rate customer service. Our favourite furniture store in London!

We are very pleased with our unusual coffee table. It was protected well in transit. Couple of marks on the legs which are new wood but they will hopefully polish out with time. Would have been 5* if the communication had been better. Rang up a couple of times to see what was happening and then received email from a delivery company, not Old Cinema, to say date it was coming. Received request for feedback before it actually arrived, which is always slightly irritating.

Really great selection, great customer service, cool concept!

Great service - communicative and flexible with delivery timelines. The table I ordered is beautiful and came freshly polished and in perfect condition
