The North American Guitar Arvostelua

Recently sold a prized instrument through Ben and Richard at TNAG's The Exchange. These are great people to deal with and it is a superb place to sell (and of course buy) some of the finest instruments being made today. And out in Nashville, Kim Sherman is legendary.

Kim and team were fantastic! Kind and thorough. Thank you!

Well.... I ordered a capo pouch for my McKinney Elliott capo. The pouch is the old style no longer sold through McKinney Elliott. It took considerably longer than expected to arrive. The supplier maybe IDK. The correct item did eventually arrive with an apology for the extended time delivery. As I am still waiting on a back ordered capo it is no harm no foul. Thanks people , R/

Excellent Customer Service

This was my first guitar from The North American Guitar and I am impressed. Not only did they have the somewhat unusual guitar I wanted in stock, but their processing and shipping was super fast. I ordered the guitar 8 days before Christmas and selected the least expensive shipping option. Even so, the guitar shipped out immediately and I had it well before the holiday.

The guitar itself was immaculate as one would expect. I would definitely do business with them again.

Awesome company and Kim is the absolute best to deal with!

Continue to be my go to place to buy guitars and accessories!!

This was by far the best online customer service I've ever had. Kim who helped me was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She sent me a pic and a sound clip of the guitar I purchased to my personal email. I was very impressed and hope to work with them again.

I bought a B&G Little Sister Crossroads guitar in the Black Friday VIP Sale. The guitar is beautiful and arrived promptly. The only disconcerting thing I found was during the buying transaction. I bought from the UK website where all the pricing was in pounds Sterling and the Vat was included but when I paid by PayPal it was displayed in dollars so I was charged a currency conversion fee although the guitar was in the UK and shipped in the UK. If this is normal then possibly a warning should be shown. I went ahead with the transaction but felt a little bit put out. This was the only negative. Hence 4 Stars. If I buy from a UK branch I don’t expect to be charged extra for a currency conversion.

Great range of quality instruments with hassle-free shipping and fair pricing direct to your door.

Bill Colling’s impeccable attention to detail lives on in their exquisite Mandolins and the MT is an exercise in perfection.

TNAG's GAS feeder team now features the added bonus of Kim as the in-house Guitar Whisperer.

Browse at your peril.

I purchased a Nik Huber guitar from The North American Guitar and it was a smooth experience. Great guitar for a good price.

Very friendly service and accurate description. Great instrument also 👍👍

I took them a guitar I sorta hated and got back what might now be my favorite guitar - and I’ve got a vintage Martin D-28 to compare it to. I don’t know what accounts for the improvement.... all they did was change the electronics, but it just sounds a whole lot better. Maybe it’s because they also replaced the saddle? Or maybe it’s just that they put on a better set of strings than I was using? Whatever, I came away one more-than-satisfied customer.

Once again very happy with North American Guitar. Service and products warrant a five star rating which I am happy to verify here. Well done.

Ordered a Chuck Lee banjo off these guys. It was delivered to my doorstep here in the UK in only 1 week. Superbly packed and a really easy deal. Will definitely be using these guys again
Many thanks

My online order was responded to immediately and I received my correct items on time as promised. The transaction was friendly and problem free. Highly Recommended

Beautiful instruments. Wonderful people. What a great match!

Kim assisted me with the purchase of a previously owned banjo. She was very helpful and responsive, answered all my questions. Great communication. The banjo arrived in a reasonable amount of time in good condition. Very pleased with my experience.

Incredible service, great guitars... what more could you possibly ask for? TNAG is my new go-to place for my guitar needs.

Top shelf inventory in a great setting. Perfect place to play and really hear your soon to be new instrument. Every instrument you put your hands on is in tune, at its best. Great set up work, too. I won’t visit Nashville without making time to visit this shop. The best.

Excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable and efficient service. Great stock of dream guitars. Works for me.
