The North American Guitar Arvostelua

Excellent service! Let's face it there are a lot of online options out there...but will they send you personally crafted sound clips of the guitar you are interested in? Will they nag FedEx to get their s_it together and deliver the guitar. This is my second guitar from North American and they have made me a life-long customer. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

I had been looking at the B&G Little Sister for quite a while, but couldn't find anyplace I could try one, or preview before buying. North American Guitar came thru with a relatively large selection, and Jordan Santiago went the extra mile to send additional photos of my favorites to choose from. When prompted, Jordan gave me his opinion of the guitars I had him photo, and I bought the one he recommended. I love it. Shipped promptly, and packed well, the guitar arrived in tune and ready to play. No surprises, just great service.

I am a classical and flamenco guitar dealer for 25 years, so I know the business inside and out. I worked with Kim Sherman at TNAG. She sold a guitar for me, and I bought a Mandolin and two custom built new guitars from her, all for my personal use. Kim was informative, honest, engaged, and helpful every single step of the way and went beyond my expectations often. It says a lot when the customer feels like they are being treated more like a friend than as a client. Very happy in all respects with all dealings with TNAG and Kim.

I had an excellent experience with TNAG. I saw a guitar online that looked and sounded great. I chatted with Kim online to get some questions answered. She was extremely helpful along the way. I didn't have the money at that time. She helped me to put a down payment on it and two months later, it was shipped. I needed it shipped on a certain day because I needed someone home when it arrived. I didn't want it sitting on my doorstep. Once I opened the box, I was very impressed with the packing. Once I opened the case, I saw some extras included. Awesome service and delivery. I'll be back!

I would highly recommend North American Guitar . A knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Many thanks !

Excellent in all respects. Service level and communication was superb; my guitar arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
Would love to buy another from TNAG.

From start to finish the experience was as professional as it gets. I was contacted regularly about the guitar that was being built for me and the managing partner Kim Sherman was fantastic. She was patient, professional and courteous at each step. Can’t say enough about this company. A+++

The guitar is exceptional, as advertised. The video was a huge help in making the decision since visiting in person wasn’t possible. And the set-up is top notch.
It’s a pleasure to do business with a truly special guitar merchant that cares.

Great to deal with - quick and swift deal - still very nice in helping out with the right spec of the SCGC VA.

Will return.

Excellent customer service !!!!!! Awesome guitar. Will do business again.

very good shop and good service！

I have been a regular visitor to the TNAG website for quite some time....not only do I enjoy watching the superb videos on the site, but I have also engaged in a number of online conversations via the Chat function on the site with Kim, Richard and Jordan. It was inevitable that I would add to my guitar collection with a purchase from TNAG, which I have just done, with a new slope-shoulder Maestro guitar. I am delighted to be part of the TNAG family and look forward to continuing my relationship with the very caring and knowledgeable people in the company.

Kim ... just the nicest person I’ve ever had the pleasure 😊Very pleased indeed! Thanks so much!

I recently purchased a Rick Turner Model 1 guitar through North American Guitar. My experience from beginning to end was nothing short of the best. Truly professional company and Kim Sherman took care of me from beginning to end . Always replying and contacting on progress through this 6 month build. Cant say enough. True professionals! A +++

Kim and company were very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Thanks so much!

I have bought three guitars from TNAGC, collectively in excess of US$30,000.00 all three are stunning guitars, Ben and the team are extremely diligent in their care of you as a customer and ensure that what you are buying is what you get. The TNAGC truly reflect the sentiment that the only thing more precious in life than a guitar is your children . You can buy without fear from TNAGC

The guitar arrived exactly as advertised and perfectly set up. Nick was a great help and the layaway plan was easy and uncomplicated.

The team at North American Guitar made the online purchase experience a pleasure. This was my first guitar purchase online. The video consultation was easy and helpful. My new beautiful high quality guitar arrived as described on time.

Many thanks to Kim and her crew.
