The North American Guitar Arvostelua

Very friendly communication. The people at TNAG listened carefully to my wishes and what I was looking for and then came up with a wonderful guitar that ticked all the boxes. At TNAG I think they love guitars and understand guitarists.

Richard was very helpful about the guitar and was patient while I made up my mind about the purchase. Guitar arrived a day early. I’m delighted!

As a guitar collector, I am always amazed at the selection of rare guitars from top echelon luthiers that TNAG offers. I have purchased several from them. Each transaction has been smartly executed by their team. Shipping has been prompt, usually on the day the funds are received. Each guitar has been in exactly the condition stated by TNAG. Highly recommended as a source for high end guitars.

Kim and Sarah are truly remarkable humans! I know that they sell guitars for a living but they really wanted me to have the best guitar for my needs. I appreciated their patience, professionalism, and great advice. I would recommend The North American Guitar, Nashville to anyone who wants top-notch service and a world-class instrument.

I was pleased with the transaction. The strap button was installed correctly. The bridge saddles were not in the right place however, so I had to take it to another store to get the intonation set correctly.

The North American Guitar is the most professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented shop, by far, that I have seen in 50 years of playing. There are no games, just straight talk from a musician's perspective. After all, they are all musicians. Jordan, Kim and all the rest of the gang are some of the nicest people I have ever delt with. There are plenty of guitar shops in Dallas but I would and have driven 15 hours to Nashville just to deal with them.

Had my eye on a Furch Grand Auditorium Blue Plus model. Offered at a very fair price. Jordan was extremely helpful in explaining the instrument to me and when I made the purchase the follow up o the order and shipping was terrific. I knew where my baby was the whole time right up to my front door.
Packaged with care, it arrived pristine. If there is one complaint it's the use of the Styrofoam peanuts...but that's just a very minor thing.
I hope to be a returning customer soon, once I can put together a Furch 12 string!

Very best vintage guitar shop ever!
Great service and knowledgeable staff.

All in all, a good experience. So an update to my original post. Justin called me and explained the guitar. Very helpful - and informative - and couldn’t have been nicer. A few idiosyncrasies with the setup but minor details, really, and easily corrected. If I ever have another pile of money burning a hole in my pocket I’ll call these guys for sure!

My beautiful Gibson F4 arrived so quickly. I love the look, feel and sound. A stunning instrument, and an excellent service. Thanks guys ... highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with The North American Guitar! They were even so kind as to throw in an amazing free surprise with my purchase. They did so because of a question I had regarding the shipping date of my instrument, and caught me completely off guard with the addition. They are very prompt with their communication and shipping, and my guitar came set up, shiny and ready to go. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

Ordered a bespoke Bourgeois LDBO with Kim Sherman. She was very attentive to my preferences and helped me come up with the perfect guitar for me. Excellent communication through the process. I'm very happy with my guitar, this experience, and will purchase from TNAG again!!!

This experience was fantastic. Kim was great to work with and always kept me informed.

The guitar is the finest instrument I have ever owned. I own PRS, Les Paul’s and Fenders.

I gave a Gibson acoustic and a Martin classical. The Rick Turner is just awesome.

Rory

Drhook!

Excellent. Still outstanding is why the pick up is mounted in an asymmetrical position on the sound hole.

Kim picked out the PERFECT acoustic guitar for me! I really love the sound of it. It sounds warm, big, and a lot of chime all at the same time. This guitar rings out like a piano! I appreciate the fact that The North American Guitar takes the time to do high quality videos so you get an accurate recording of the guitar. Kim, you have now turned me into a lifelong customer of The North American Guitar.

Working with Kim was great. Perfect actually

Good communication from Sarah and I was very happy with TNAG’s service.

Great, great guitar selection, laid back atmosphere, and attention to customer service. What more is there?

A fabulous experience! They really take the time to develop relationships, not just sell products; and, they understand what their clients are looking for. Superb and interesting guitars to offer, extremely knowledgeable staff who play guitar themselves, and attention to all the details. Shipping went flawlessly and the guitar arrived safe and sound. Exceeded my expectations!
