Fast, flexible and polite service!

I had a lot of servers hosted on various hosting companies but in this one i'm having the best experience with the support team, they're fast and polite, the best of the best. And this is priceless since I am always on the road - essentially living in my van.

SERVIDORES INJUGABLES

Desde luego que no voy a comprar otro servicio en TheMinecraftHosting. Un servidor con tan solo 3 personas, sin nada que pueda generar lag, todas las tardes mis 2 colegas y yo con una media de 800 de ping. 5 tickets abiertos y ninguno ha dado con la solución. Injugable el servidor. Recomiendo que antes de comprar un servidor aquí busquéis otros servicios.

It's a real scam

It's a real scam. I hired a 6Gb minecraft server on February 2. It was working for 2 days and after it went down, according to them... "the node I'm on has gone down", I have written 2 tickets and none have been answered, I also talk to them via live chat and I don't they answer me 4 days without a server, I have requested a refund on PayPal and we will see how it resolves.

Disastrous service, attention and customer care. I do not recommend it at all because once you give them the money, they ignore you and make excuses. A node does not take so long to build because I work in server maintenance and I know that it is not like that.

They say you can get a refund in the…

They say you can get a refund in the first 24 hours of purchase, but they ignore you're support ticket and recieve no refund. Then there is no option to cancel on the wesite, good thing you can just turn off the payments from paypal, ok servers absolutely terrible customer support.

Calidad-Precio Excelente

LLevo mucho tiempo hosteando mis servidores de minecraft aqui. Tienen una calidad precio excelente. Yo suelo pillar los planes con 4 o 6 gb de ram para vanilla - spigot o 12gb de ram cuando hago un servidor con mods. Ademas disponen de codigos con los que se puede ahorar un 60% asi que por ese precio no he encontrado nada mejor.
