Terrible service—with 10 GB, they can’t even handle a folder with 15 mods that literally use 2–4 GB of RAM. On top of that, they don’t offer the option to CANCEL AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, so they keep charging you even after the hosting period ends. If you open a support ticket requesting to cancel the service, they refuse; if you ask for a refund, they refuse; I recommend creating a customer account on Bluehost.com and submitting support tickets reporting the site as a scam. In addition, file a lawsuit against theminecrafthosting.com; as long as there’s a lawsuit pending, BlueHost.com is required to share the information of the party being sued for fraud.

The free plan should provide 4GB of RAM, but the game shows only 2.8GB, and this is happening to everyone. Mcserverhost is deceiving us!

I rented a 10 GB RAM server and renewed it for a second month because everything worked fine at first.

A few days into the second month, the server suddenly stopped working with the error "No space left on device." The control panel showed only around 2,8 GB of storage in use, so I did not expect the disk to be full.

After waiting a few days, the server started working again without any changes on my side. However, by then several files had become corrupted, so I restored a backup. About an hour later, the exact same "No space left on device" error occurred again, making the server unusable once more.

I opened a support ticket but never received a reply. After about two weeks, the ticket was simply closed without any explanation or solution.

I understand that software or mods can sometimes cause unexpected issues. However, based on what I observed, the repeated errors, the storage usage shown in the control panel, and the lack of any explanation from support, I was left without a clear answer as to what caused the problem.

Because of both the repeated storage issues and the lack of customer support, I cannot recommend this provider.

No cometan el error de comprar su servidor aqui, son nefastos, mi servidor llevaba 1 semana fallando el panel , no podia acceder a nada de ninguna manera pensé que era por falta de pago e hice el pago y me.di con la sorpresa de que seguía sin funcionar, los días pasaban, no me respondían ticket, hasta que lo hicieron y dijeron que era un problema temporal, pasaban los dias y nada, cada ticket me decían lo mismo y se negaban a dar reembolso, hasta la fecha no lo arreglan, ya se venció mi mes de servicio y aun no recibo respuesta, nisiquiera hay manera de cancelar el.servicio solo te lo siguen facturando, un asco total

I paid for 4 months in advanced. Everything was fine until the server crashed because it ran out of ssd memory. It's a 16 RAM GB plan and with only 2.8 GB of space it was full. I opened several tickets and none were answered. I still can't run the server because of the space issues.

Anteriomente habia comprado un servidor con ellos y habia funcionado correctamente, ahora que compré un nuevo servidor no pasa de "Installer running", envié 2 tickets de ayuda pero no contestan ninguno, es un pesimo servicio al cliente ya que en su página se anuncian que contestan en al menos 30 minutos pero es falso

He comprado servidores junto con un amigo y todo ha ido bien. Pero siempre que mando ticket al soporte, nunca contestan y he perdido 2 servidores por problemas. Una vez porque renové el servidor y nunca me reactivaron el host, aun mandando ticket.
Y ahorita compre uno y se queda la pantalla en "Running installer", mande tickets y nadie me ayuda. No responden

son unos estafadores no dejan cancelar el servicio ni responden tickets ni correos. Voy a tener que cancelar la tarjeta porque ya llevo 2 cobros de mas. No compreis

Es una estafa:
Pagas por un servidor que funciona genial, a los días te cierran el servidor sin hacerte backup de tu mundo dejándote sin nada. Resulta que para que ellos liberen RAM para otros servidores mas grandes te bloquean. Y no es algo que me este inventando, prefieren perder usuarios que les dan 5€ al mes que servidores de 100€ mensuales. Y no solo eso, no hay soporte, si envías correos nunca esperes una respuesta, no te llegara.
Para cancelar la suscripcion mensual tienes que cancelar el pago desde tus cuentas bancarias, ellos no tienen opcion de cancelacion, dicen que para que se cancele tienes que dejar de pagar, lo cual es gracioso. Yo suelo pagar con paypal y reclame el importe por el servicio que no me dieron y me devolvió PayPal el dinero sin problema. Pero lo dicho, esta empresa es una estafa, existen muchas mas que no lo son.

El espacio en disco y la atención al cliente son pésimas a pesar de decir que el espacio es "ilimitado" en todos sus planes al intentar hacer un servidor con mods y 3 amigos mas, a pocas horas de jugar y explorar un poco el servidor se cerro de repente y no volvió a iniciar tirando el mismo error cada vez "no space left on device" a todo esto el mundo y todos sus archivos pesa tan solo 614.75 MiB. al intentar contactar al soporte ya a pasado un día completo y aun no tengo respuesta alguna a pesar de haber puesto la prioridad en alta dado que el servicio por el que pague literalmente no funciona y no da lo que promete espacio "ilimitado"

No te dejan cancelar, y te van renovando la "suscripción" hasta que te das cuenta, te envían facturas mucho antes de lo que toca y hasta que no pagas no te vuelven a dejar entrar al panel de control y encender el server. Te devuelven todos los tickets y no responden a absolutamente nada, son unos estafadores, si os puedo recomendar al: NO COMPREIS AQUI!

Avoid this host. I paid for 10GB of RAM and a "CPU Priority" addon, but the server stayed at 13 TPS with only 15 players. Support was dishonest, claiming "everything is fine" by testing the server when only 3 people were online. I moved to a Ryzen-based host with only 8GB of RAM and it now runs at a perfect 20 TPS with the same 26 plugins. Their upgrades are a scam. They will just make excuses or stop responding when you ask for a refund.

Ugh, the server’s been down for weeks and all I ever hear is excuses. I even told them I’m cancelling my service, but they’re just ignoring. Customer service is a joke—if the server’s up, it’s mostly fine, but the second you hit a snag they have zero info, take forever to reply, and pretty much ghost you.

Una estafa total. Publicitan servidores que no rinden lo prometido: entregan menos memoria RAM de la contratada y utilizan procesadores de hace 10 años que no soportan versiones modernas de Minecraft.

Lo más grave es su sistema de cobro: no permiten cancelar la suscripción desde su panel. Sus propios términos de servicio admiten que debes contactar con tu banco para detener los pagos, lo cual es una práctica abusiva. Además, intentan renovarte días antes de que acabe el mes. NUNCA compréis aquí, perderéis vuestro dinero y tendréis que anular la tarjeta.

horrible, no dejan que termines tu servicio, y no paran de mandar correos para que pagues. si solicitas servicio no te responden y ademas cierran tu ticket.

I have been waiting over 72 hours without a single response from support, despite multiple tickets submitted. The server crashes constantly, has extreme lag, and keeps spitting out errors like "Can't keep up!" even when no players are online. It’s clear there is zero monitoring and zero technical competence on their side.

But the most unacceptable part:
The server was configured to start with only 128 MB of RAM, even though my plan includes 8GB or 16GB. This is an outrageous misconfiguration and a direct violation of what they advertise. With such a ridiculous amount of memory, the server never had any chance to function.

I also cannot access the panel at all:
"We’re having some trouble connecting to your server…”
You can wait an hour, two hours, a whole day… nothing.
Completely unusable.

The service is broken, abandoned, and unsupported.
They provide no fixes, no answers, and not even the world backup, which is the bare minimum any hosting company should deliver.

I do not recommend this hosting under any circumstances.
It’s a complete waste of time, money, and patience. Choose literally any other provider before signing up here.

I’m not very technical, so I had tons of questions when setting up my server. The support staff replied quickly and explained everything step by step. They even helped me optimize the settings for my world. Best customer service I’ve ever had in hosting!

He jugado mucho a minecraft, desde pequeño e utilizado multitud de hosts en diferentes mundos como por ejemplo: server.pro, skynode, easyminecrafthosting, arth hosting, etc. Compre este host ya que es bastante promocionado y es barato.
LOS PROBLEMAS, nada más entrar a un mundo pude observar a ojo que el servidor rondaba 8 TPS de media estando solo yo conectado, las entidades caminaban a lagazos y lentas, al poner bloques desaparecían y al romperlos volvían a aparecer, la generación del mundo era tan lenta que podía llegar al borde corriendo, y la consola no paraba de poner el mensaje de "can't keep up is the server overloaded...", a la hora de comprarlo solicite el rembolso, tardaron exactamente 11 días en darme una respuesta, esa increíble respuesta fue una pregunta a algo que ya estaba respondida en mi mensaje anterior, luego de responderles con mayor detalle ellos cerraron el ticket sin decir nada más, en mi vida he obtenido un rendimiento tan malo, junto a un soporte tan inexistente incluso aternos en versiones actuales con algunos mods puedo decir luego de probarlo que fácilmente triplica el rendimiento a este host encima siendo gratis. Con esto os he dado varias opciones que he probado y puedo afirmar son mucho mejores incluso UNO GRATIS TAMBIEN ES MEJOR, de verdad para el quien lea esto CUALQUIER OTRO HOST ES MEJOR QUE ESTE cualquiera que encontréis por internet probablemente va a daros mejor experiencia que este, bueno continuando, luego de esta experiencia me dio por seguir buscando hosts baratos y encontré uno llamado UltraServers el cual para sorpresa de nadie por un precio igual era mejor en todo (no pude probar el soporte nunca lo llegue a necesitar). Ojala nadie más caiga en esta estafa.
