actually, this theme was not 100% perfect for me after i installed it because I needed a full e-commerce website theme and there are some basic features like adding text and buttons on slide images. also, the image looks great on computer devices but not on mobile devices. it is not fully adjustable. if this issue can be solved and updated, then this theme is great.
But I also had to mention that, their after-service is good. because the support staff Rodica replies very quickly and helpful.

Solid company that delivers on what they promise.

Using PPOM Pro, had a problem with the collapse field and Avada theme showing a corrupted layout when viewing products. contacted both support teams about the issue and PPOMs team logged into my site to view the settings, spent a couple of days investigating and sent me a new file to try. This fixed the issue and is now set for future releases.

Customer support were very responsive to a complex problem and found a solution to a conflict problem affecting my site design that I would never have figured out. Multiple e-mails were exchanged and the problem was quickly resolved.

A rapid and comprehensively helpful response to my technical query. Just two hours after completing an on-line ticket requesting guidance I received a practical solution, including an explanation of the cause of my issue, a link to their Plugin which allowed me to add some script to my web site and the single line of script I needed. I am not very experienced with Wordpress site development but the tone and helpfullness of the support response were just right.

Purchased Feedzy Pro Developer Licence but integration is not working. Contacted support team and the issue was resolved on the same day. Quick, reliable and efficient. The plugin is now working. It's a good plugin, it will be better if they lower the subscription price.
