Their Perfect Gift Arvostelua 

I ordered 8 cards for the team just before Christmas. With the pandemic causing us to hold back on group gatherings, I thought it would at least be nice to let the team go out with their partners seperately and celebrate Christmas. I have to say, the Perfect Gift team were superb. Every question was answered quickly and when I needed two more cards (I mistakenly ordered 6 to begin with) they were on it and able to get the cards over to me way quicker than expected. I got the cards sent to me, so I could add them to the teams christmas card and sent them out individually. One of the cards I'd sent didn't arrive so I contacted Perfect Gift. I was immediately offered a replacement card and they told me they would post it directly to my coleague.
Very impressed: A corporate product with a personal touch. Great experience!

Contact them as I could not activate the gift card. apparently the access code was wrong. They contacted me real quick as solve the situation in less than 10 minutes. Tanya is the lady that helped me. Can't thank her enough as it had became a real pain.

It is easy to activate and use. The team are very responsive. I hadn't used up the full balance and was guided to the re-issue form to be able to use this balance even though the time had elapsed. Great service!

Tom in Customer Services is very helpful indeed! They are able to re-route purchased cards to an alternative email address in case an email address did not work. Our experience with Their Perfect Gift UK has been excellent with an assuring support from their customer service team! Kudos and keep it up guys!

I purchased 2 gift cards for a friend, they arrived timely and exactly with the design I had ordered. Somehow I misplaced one of them. When I contacted the customer service to ask if it was possible to receive a replacement, I got a response immediately and they were happy to send me new cards the very same day. I used this website several times in the past but never had an issue apart of some delay in getting the card generally a day or two. But recently this website has gone down the hill. I placed an order for a virtual card 6 days ago and there has been no response. None of the support channels are responding so i suspect that this business has packed up. I must admit i have never came across worse service so far. I would say stay clear and avoid. There seems to be no way to get your money back in case of an issue.

I got a reply from the company and as you can see they were unashamed and unapologetic. They only started responding after 1 star review here. Made no investigation as to why there was no support for 6 days even after making full payment. There is no real channel to contact support other than the form thats on the website. But again there was no response to the form as well. Your only resort if something goes wrong is to raise a charge back with your bank. So kiss your money goodbye in case of an issue.
A much better alternative is to get a currency card from postoffice. Easy and reliable and you can always phone post office in case of an issue. You can also reload your postoffice prepaid card.
You have been warned!!!
