I LOVE THIS COMPANY SO MUCH!! Best service ever and so easy to use. My favorite is their virtual card.

What's not to like. You win/gifted some cash and un-like some high street vouchers, you can spend anywhere on-line. I struggled to get registered but support had it sorted same day and my shinny things are on their way, win.

Customer service don't know what’s going on so when you inquire regarding the card problem they can’t give you a straightforward answer and end up a back and forth email messages which they answer after 24 hours. Their contact number doesn’t work so the only way is to email them. For more than a week now they still haven’t have an answer to my inquiry.
I don’t have problem with activating my card before but recently they updated their website ( I can’t understand the rationale of changing the already good and working setting to a crap and unusable one )
Before, it was a straightforward card activation by clcking the option CARD MANAGEMENT at the upper right then choose ACTIVATE CARD then will ask you to put the SAN and activation code. After that you can change the buyer’s details to yours. Then you can use the card without any problem.
Since they updated their website. To be able to activate the card I have to create an account then activate the card in there by putting all the details they asked. The card will be shown “activated” but when I use it to purchase it was declined and when I use to purchase online it says there is an error in the card.
I use this card before and I didn’t have any problem. Since they changed the way to activate the card, there is none anymore the option of changing the buyer’s details. So that’s the reason why there is a card error when I use the card.
Please sort this out support team if you still want your loyal customer to continue using your product.

Edit: Further to the multiple issues I previously came across, the CEO actually called me to go through these and resolved them promptly. I really appreciated him getting involved. In the end, all my issues were solved and thank you very much to the team at Their Perfect Gifts specially to Tom who has been very reactive in solving some registration issues. I am satisfied with their service and I would recommend their product to anyone.

Hopeless....they make the cards v.difficult to use in the hope they expire (and presumably that is a nice pay day for them). Avoid.

Was given card as a gift, activated it as per the instructions on the FAQ. Unable to use the card online or in-store. Have now spent the best part of a day going back and forward with the support team who have done nothing but question how I entered the details. They then told me it couldn't be readily used online as stated on their statement of use found on their website as people use these cards to commit fraud. So I went to my local shop to use it for food shopping rather than buy myself a gift, scanned through the PDQ machine as advised and guess what card was declined again. Could you sort these issues out please.

I'll add that the issue was put right in the end although the process was fairly drawn out considering the issue was highlighted in my first email and I now have a chain of 20 emails back and forth. Please do your company a favour and train the lower end customer service advisers in how to deal with these issues efficiently without having to escalate.

I made a mistake with my email address and was unable to log on. Customer service reply was excellent and sorted out quickly. Never used one of these before as was given as a gift by my employer’s but what a fabulous thing!

I accidentally bought a physical card when I had wanted a virtual one (sent by email) - I'm not sure why they even offer the option to send a physical card by email. Anyway, the support team helped me out and the virtual card was sent out quickly. Would use again.

Even after my own error of ordering the wrong option they were extremely helpful and willing to get me sorted with super fast response times.

This is a great service for Australian grandparents who have family in London and wish to give grandchildren freedom of choice for Christmas and birthday purchases - especially at this time when we can't visit and personal shopping is impossible. Every now and then I make a mistake in the ordering process and the help has been prompt and courteous which reduces the anxiety around online purchases. Thanks to great staff.

I only recently got to know of this product and service through a relation. The customer experience has been spot-on and faultless and all issues were fully resolved in a matter of days. I would definitely recommend.

Awful experience that still isn’t resolved! Ordered cards and I received someone else’s order details via email. Managed to sort via email and cards arrived. Now they will not be accepted online - even though I have activated them!
I wish I never used this company - I’d like a refund but I’m sure they have a policy against that!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. On the physical card there was an expiry month of 10/20 but on their systems it is 06/20. Instead of accepting their mistake, they blamed me and forced me to pay £10 just to extend. Absolute joke of a company, steer well clear and use one of their competitors.

the guy who answers the help desk emails is nice enough. otherwise these things are spectacularly terrible. ended up spending them all on gift cards to a local grocery store because they were so absolutely awful to use and could never get them accepted anywhere useful. once i found one place that took them, i spent every one i had there just to get them gone. the "security" is just to make them so hard to use that they end up keeping your money. feel bad for the person who got them for us as a wedding gift, as she said she had trouble purchasing them too. and a little bad for myself that got groceries as a wedding gift, but so happy this ordeal is almost over.

We were given two gift cards for our wedding which people spent their hard earned cash on. We spent weeks trying to activate the cards corresponding with customer services, after being told the cards are now Finally active we still cannot use the cards as they just get declined. All we want to do is spend our wedding gift but if looks like our friends who clubbed together to buy the cards have just been ripped off. Shocking service.

Very frustrating experience dealing with this company. All I wanted to do was to purchase a present for my nephew.

There was a problem with the website accepting payment from me. I checked with my bank there was no issue with my card, I also got my bank to check there was no issue with 3D authentification.

I tried to make payment around 8 times and had multiple contact with this company. Each time they assumed the issue was mine and made no apparent attempt to check the issue with their system.

I finally had enough trying to pay and sent a note to say their customer centricity was lacking and service had been very poor and I was going elsewhere and in return I received an email simply saying here is a link to payment. I clicked on the link and it said my order was cancelled.

No recognition that any attempt had been made to even read my emails properly, no apology for poor service and no concession that there was any onus on their part to have attempted to support me.

I am delighted I have saved my nephew the headache of dealing with this company should he have had problems with using his card. Strongly advise anyone contemplating using them to go elsewhere as I have now done.

Now I see a reply to my review has been posted, it has demonstrated exactly the defensive attitude I refer to above. Note the words YOU in capitals and that the issue is strange as it’s not happening with other customers, inferring the issue is purely mine! Then removing the fees because of the experience. Seriously guys? In my humble opinion as a potential customer, you need to send your whole team on some customer centricity training. I don’t care about the fees, that is not my motivation, but you didn’t bother to make contact to find out. It is irrelevant if I am the only customer having issues. All I was doing is trying to make a purchase from you and your customer service team has clearly been trained to anticipate any issue is always the customer’s fault, but there is no apology or acknowledgement below of the fact that the way I was engaged with was perfunctory at best! The only thing that got any attention was this review, then further blame laying occurred. How about taking a look at yourselves?
