Great experience
I've always liked motorsports and this shop fits perfectly with every fan like myself. I've been following them from the beginning, bought from different sellers several times and felt a big improvement both from their website and from the customer service.
It is great to find a passionate team and sellers behind.

As a vendor The GP box were always good to deal with. I sold stuff, I got paid. I had a query, I emailed and got a reply.
Now it seems those days are gone. I haven't been paid through stripe. I talked to stripe and they advised me my account was fine - no problems. I emailed GP box a number of times, and messaged on facebook, even had the 'seen' tick. and have had no answer! If they won't even reply to an email, what chance have I got of getting my money?

A great platform for interesting and unique products
I’m writing this review as a seller who uses The GPBox in effort to offer a different picture to others reviews (World Race Circuits is me!). Since trust pilot exists to review experiences, mine as a seller as been excellent. The GPBox is like Etsy but exclusively for motorsport and hosts many, many sellers. They exist to put you, the buyer, in touch with a seller. The poor reviews of The GPbox here are not a true reflection of the platform, but more of some sellers that customers have had issue with. I know the team work tirelessly to provide a robust, secure and exciting platform for motorsport enthusiasts to find unique and interesting products so please don’t be put off using it. As ever, with any online purchase, use PayPal or Credit Cards if in doubt where your purchase is better protected.

Absolutely awful service. Say goodbye to your money
Absolutely awful service! I ordered a product three weeks ago. I received an email confirming that my order was complete, which meant delivered, but we never received the product. Then I receive an email saying that the product is out of stock and they can't complete my order. There is no phone number you can call, just an email address or contact form. I've been emailing about my refund every day for over a week now and have gotten nowhere. I'm starting to think this is one big SCAM website. DO NOT USE!
