GPBox Arvostelua 

I was scrolling down to look at phone cases and I spotted a case that appealed me. I've Clicked on it to review it, but It was taking time to load in. I've refreshed it numerous of times and it's still the same result. I even went on different Web browsers to see the same dilemma, and it is.
It's ashame that such a good website for all car enthusiasts to buy items from it wouldn't load in.
I'm gutted.

Ordered a birthday card. Nothing received. No order email just a confirmation of payment. The items are now not showing on their website and there is no way to contact GPBox as I don't have a relevant order number! Tried to email directly but it bounced.

I have been a seller on this website since its incarnation, but in recent years it has become the no.1 worst platform to work with. I won’t bore you all with the details, but needless to say, I strongly advise to NEVER EVER use their website. They really do not deserve to still to be trading. A truly dreadful business!!

Click > pay > gpbox takes your money > 0 follow up > 0 merchandise > 0 reply to inquiries > open case for seller fraud = Huge waste of time and effort! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Waardeloos! Bestelling is nooit verzonden, verkoper heeft zich verwijderd. Nog steeds geen terugbetaling gekregen. SCAM!

Quite simply the most dreadfully inept, useless and waste-of-space website on the internet! I strongly advise avoiding this website at all costs.

They took the order then ignored me when i asked for tracking shipment
finally said out of stock and said would issue refund and again no sign of money back in my account
have flagged with visa as dodgy site and they are now trying to get refund

I ordered a t-shirt from them. The t-shirt was delivered near Southampton but I live near Watford. This happened 2 weeks ago. I have tried to contact them several time and I did not get any answer. I have used the online form and the email provided here. To avoid at any cost. I have also tried to contact the seller.. They did reply, after reaching out using an email, but I am not getting any positive outcome. The marketplace chat is not helpful at all. If you are thinking to buy something from GPBox, think twice. There is no support at all if something goes wrong. I have an invoice that is totally useless.. Total waste of money and time.

Scam. Ordered 2 prints which never turned up. Still "processing". Customer service is non existent. Attempted to make contact with both the individual seller and GPBox themselves several times, not one answered or acknowledged. (Update: I have received a full refund)

Terrible company and awful customer service. As purchased a memorabilia print as a gift but as soon as i saw it i requested a return/refund. I followed the internal process of contacting the sellers and raised a support ticket. after multiples attempts of contacting them i’ve still not heard back or received a refund. I will not be buying from the company again.

I made an order from GPBox (vendor: masterlap) for a
"Lewis Hamilton Ferrari F1 T-shirt - M"
a few weeks ago/a month ago and the confirmation email said it would arrive in 1-2 weeks, and I've still not heard anything back from the sender, not even that the order had been processed. I would like a refund please, it was for my boyfriends birthday but its not needed anymore. Thanks

Attempted to purchase a painting print from Motorsport Artworx. Paid for item, nearly a week later, no update, contacted seller and he seemed to forget or not bother posting the item. Apologised and told me it was now shipped. Week and a half later, still nothing. Tried contacting but to no avail. Sent request for refund to the seller..... Nothing. Contacted gpbox direct who chased up for me and eventually got my refund processed.
Gpbox site itself could be OK, they helped me get my refund but AVOID MOTORSPORT ARTWORX AT ALL COSTS.

Overall decent experience, the posters arrived on time but the keyring took a bit longer. Tracking number was saying stuck in Madrid. Communication was Ok

Discovered this website while looking for XMas gifts. I've been using it several times, and it was always smooth. On one occasion I could not find my order but customer service was super helpful and it was solved immediately.
