First time ordered a new born baby package. it's a little bit tricky item of flowers &dry fruits I'm quite doubtful but they did it so well and nuts are very fresh also , Happy with their work and give them more orders further.. Recommended for overseas also

Terrible service
They will take your money and not deliver on time but then will fight with you on the phone and behave rudely if you ask any questions. This is the WORST gift service company and no one should order from them.

Received payment and did not deliver not committed time
I had placed order at Giftex deliver flowers on the same day because their site mentions they deliver on the same day. They asked for delivery date and time. I had punched in my desired delivery date and time. They received the payment and now are either not responding and when responded the attitude was very rude and they said it cannot be delivered. Moreover, when I am trying to call they declined it. They have mentioned that they can be contacted on their given contact number 24/7 but either do not respond or decline the call. Upon attending the call they were rude saying that they do not have the time to listen call and denied the fact that they received the payment and hung up the call. Whereas their website clearly says that the payment is received.
It is weird that such sort of website is at the top after searching. Very bad experience. Not recommended at all. Rather such businesses should be discouraged whose only aim is to get their payment and then don't fulfil/deliver what they have committed. The commitment was to deliver by 10PM. It is past 10PM.. I am trying to get in touch them on their so called 24/7 available contact number but they without any shame cut the call
