Item delivered was totally different from what was shown on their website. It was of cheap quality and totally ruined the experience of my friend receiving this gift that I had arranged for. Very terrible experience with an unethical company that refused to take any responsibility for their actions. Felt like a scam.

I Been using this company since 2024 both for Karachi and Lahore delivery. Alhamdulilah never had any complaints. They are quick to reply and manage things very well on their end. Very good company and services.

I was out of the country and had only 3–4 hours left before my wife’s birthday. I needed to send her something special, so I started searching and found GiftEx. I asked them if they could deliver within the next few hours, and honestly, I didn’t believe it was possible at first. But they said yes, so I made the payment.

To my surprise, within just 2–3 hours my wife received the beautiful gift basket! Their service was super responsive, fast, and reliable. They literally saved the day for me. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quick and professional gift delivery!

Extremely disappointed.

Giftex is a scam company, they dont deliver anything close to what they display in pictures. I have made an order worth almost Rs 15,000/- on 10-MAy-26 to be delivered ot multan.
I ordered a
1) A "Super Mom" Mug with multiple color flowers worth Rs 5000/-
2) Glade Bouquet with white and pink glaes worth Rs. 3000/-

They deliver
1) A simple (without any text) Rs 100 mug with 6 small red roses in it. The delivered item was not anything close to what wa shown in picture.
2) A bouquet with 2 white glades and some baby breath. No Pink glades. You can get such low-quality bouquet very easily for max Rs 400.

My recommendation is not using this service as they make you shy (in front of your loved ones) and regret why you even sent such low-quality gifts.

I ordered a birthday surprise for my sister through @thegiftex while I was abroad, and I honestly had a great experience.

The whole process was very smooth, and their team was really responsive and helpful when I had questions. Everything was delivered on time, and the setup looked exactly like what I expected.

Most importantly, my sister was genuinely surprised and so happy with everything. It made her birthday really special even though I couldn’t be there in person.

Terrible experience. The delivery was late, the food (pizza and fruit) was poor quality/rotten, and they missed all the personalized details like the cake message and card. They also overcharged me for items and refused to pick up the phone after they took my money. Do not recommend for special occasions

I usually use a different vendor each year, but this year I thought I’d give this vendor a try since the photos and variety of gifts seemed really nice and to my taste. Very disappointing experience with Giftex.
I placed a customised birthday cake order on 10th February for delivery on 16th February after confirming availability. I paid Rs 15,100 for a premium acrylic display box setup as shown on their website. However, what was delivered looked completely different. Instead of placing the cake directly inside the transparent display box as advertised, the cake was left inside its original cardboard bakery box and that entire box was placed inside the acrylic case. It looked unfinished and unprofessional. The flowers shown in the product image were also missing.
I also arranged and paid Rs 11,500 for a Junaid Jamshed perfume gift set that was supposed to be delivered along with the cake. The morning after delivery, I was informed that the perfume was out of stock. If the item was confirmed and paid for days earlier, it should have been secured immediately. This caused unnecessary stress on an important occasion.
Since the birthday was already taking place, I had no choice but to select another gift. Even though the replacement was priced lower, I was asked to pay an additional Rs 2,000 to maintain their profit margin. Given that this issue arose from their own mismanagement and delayed communication, this was extremely disappointing.
When charging premium prices, customers expect professionalism, coordination and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.
