Excellent programmes, huge choice of workouts to suit all levels of ability and menus to suit all tastes, all updated regularly. The enthusiasm and motivation which is passed on is second to none. I have been with TFG for years and will never leave 👍🏻👍🏻

I’ve done the 10 week program twice (once to lose weight to help with fertility issues…. 3 stone less later had a baby (known as my TFG baby) with no fertility support at all…. And once to lose my baby weight following said TFG baby). I’m now doing the 2 week programme after a long period of covid inactivity because I know it works. Steve and team are brilliant - approachable and fun - with just the right amount of cheese! Brilliant. I recommend this to everyone who needs a bit of a kick start - and several of my friends have done it and loved it. You hardly notice you’re on a programme…. Great food… fun workouts…. And all without needing to leave the house.

I’ve done a few of the 14dFF and each time I’ve found the recipes and the workouts are varied. Some of the recipes are favourites as are the workouts so can understand why there would be a repeat - it’s great value for money and gives me the kick up the proverbial I need. I will continue to do them as they come up too

it’s the only programme that has provided consistent results for me.

I done one fat Furnace last year and doing another one this year. Sometimes you just need a kick up the butt and this 14 day programme really gives you that. For 14 quid you get 14 workouts, 14 breakfast recipes, 14 lunch recipes and 14 evening meal recipes, I'm veggie so you also get 14 veggie recipes for all meals. Inclusion into a Facebook group for the 14 days duration let's you see how others are getting on and gives you another boost when you need it as well as the support online. All in all I have no idea how they do this for 14 quid but it works for me and a few of my other friends who have done it.

I signed up following months of sedentary living and a complete mental health battering from the legacy of Covid and all that brought (many others I am sure will resonate). I have tried to do the 14 day Fat Furnace mid lockdown and it was not the right time. I failed at the first hurdle. This time around I was daunted but gave it a go and now in my second week I am determined to see it through. Its not a quick fix - its a re-boot and focusses the mind on the longer term goal of a healthy lifestyle. I love Steves enthusiasm, he works hard to produce fitness and HIIT classes that are a bit different. I highly recommend if you want to challenge yourself and turn a corner with your physical and mental health.

I’m half way through the 14 Fat Furnace and I’m enjoying it so much. I’ve spent the past few months gaining weight and feeling lethargic post 2 covid infections and had completely lost my way. The Fat Furnace does exactly what it’s advertised to do, it’s there to renew your love of cooking healthy meals and exercising and just looking after your body in general, and I can say it’s really done that for me! The recipes are delicious and family friendly and the workouts are energetic, motivating and the music is fantastic!

Steve and the team are truly awesome. His approach to fitness is manageable, do-able and most importantly fun. They are such a committed bunch and are fantastic at responding to any tech issues. His 14day fat furnace and 10wk lean and learn have given me all the tools I need to maintain fitness, muscle and balance in my life

The best kick start programme; it’s a tough 14 days but really gives you the focus and then motivation to carry on. Yes, exercises are cheesy (😂) but that’s part of the enjoyment - much better to laugh when exercising, it all adds to the feel good factor. Love the recipes, love it all. Thank you Steve for doing it.

Absolutely brilliant 14 days. Not a quick fix but definitely the start of some great habits.
The workouts are fabulous and cater for all music fans. I love the 80s tunes.
The 10 week lean and learn is also a great investment, I learnt so much and there is also help along the way. Steve and the team are fabulous and cannot thank them enough.
I will continue to use the app, workouts and meals which are very tasty and easy to make. Thank you 😊

Done the programme last year and between the FF and LLi lost an amazing 53cm and 4.2kg. I started the FF last week again and already results are fab in week 1. This is the only lifestyle change programme that has worked for me and i would highly recommend.

Most people have done this before so no long term fix. Workouts are cheesy and irritating, many of the recipes repeated from a previous 14 day fat furnace. Disappointed.

20 day tune up is FAB!! Loved the workouts! And you get to keep them 🥳💪🏻 Recipes are super easy and tasty too (the macaroni cheese is the best I’ve ever cooked!!!) And I got the early bird discount so win win!! Always value for money with TFG, highly recommend!!
