I wanted to purchase an E bike but didn’t know anything about them.
I was advised to go to The Cycle Agents in Hitchin.
I called in and was met by Simon who listened to my needs and showed me a couple of bikes that he thought would suit my needs.
What a brilliant guy and so was Joe, I picked a bike I liked and am now over the moon with my Fantic Issomi Urban.
Thank you so much for all the help guys you look after people very well and I highly recommend them to anybody that wants an e bike.

Joe and his team were amazing from start to finish. My son’s adult three wheeler trike was in desperate need of a service and the tyres looking at. They were extremely helpful in transporting the bike and the bike is like new and very noticeably better than before. They kept me fully informed of what was required and the aftercare was also excellent. We will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for all your help with his bike.

My Kalkhoff e-bike required removal of a coaster brake on the rear wheel. Numerous service agents would only quote for a new hub or wheel at considerable expense. Alex at the Cycle Agents had the experience and knowledge to dismantle the hub and remove the coaster brake, saving me considerable expense by doing so. I’m very impressed with this company and have already recommended their services to friends.

finaly a company that does exactly as they say i bought an ex demo thok from simon and from the word go he was honest and professional to deal with ,Promt and reasonable cost delivery on time recieved the bike exactly as described will 100% use them from now on and recommend them to anyone
