BULLET PROOF BIKES

Bought an ENGWE P20 and it is perfect for mooching around, exploring and discovering Dublin. I'm a local historian (having written many books on Dublin eg. The Liberties, Monto, the Hellfire Club, Temple Bar, Mount Jerome Cemetery) and I need to be on the road seven days a week. CycleBike's service ensures I am always on the road and any issue is quickly sorted out to my satisfaction. The mechanic has to be one of the best there is and has often sorted me out with creative solutions. Keep up the great work and ROCK ON CYCLEBIKE!

I am a spainish boy and i went to cycle bike to repair my bike and i have a great attention. Cycle bike have 2 spanish and 1 brazilian mecanics very profesionals and very kinds. I think i want to come more times.

My advice for anyone who has bought a bike etc from this shop and has an issue with service being provided.. ie. Warranty issues, refunds etc is to contact the CCPC. All the best.

These are magnificent men. For years I have been asking bike shops if they could fit a lock to a Brompton. Everywhere else said no, it couldn't be done. Here, the man (didn't get his name, sorry) did it in 10 minutes. Really nice guys here, too. They represent not only what is best about bike shops, but what is best about Dublin.

Tried to steal my deposit of 600 euro, after a bike they promised in 2 weeks still hadn't arrived after 4 months.
Had to do a visa debit charge-back through my bank to recover my funds. This is the short version of the story obviously. They are complete snakes. Avoid.

I bought a bike rack which was showing online on their website. They telephoned me the next day and told me it was not in stock and might take several weeks. I agreed to cancel the order. Now despite several communications I have still not received a refund two weeks later.

I bought Accessories in bike work Scheme, my company payed, then they said they don't have half of the accessories. They send the quote of things they don't have. So I asked a refund. I'm still waiting after almost a month. Always a different person answers the phone. They say the refund is in process. I think they have robbed me. A really shame. Don't Buy anything there.
