Delivery when said, scent as described, very happy

I haven’t received anything from the company because they first used the wrong zip code, secondly the response was very indifferent, which I was not impressed. I explained that I didn’t want my package delivered USPS due to the fact it wasn’t reliable and they refused to send it any other way unless I wanted to pay $70. Nonetheless I have not received the order and yet again the USPS states it was delivered but it never was. Big shocker. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and they should be doing a better job tracking their products. So I have no idea if the product is any good but I know I’ll never order from this company again due to the lack of caring about the customer. As long as they got the money it doesn’t seem to matter what happens when it leaves their possession. Sad

The candles smell divine

Initially the order was lost in the post and it took me a while to get through. But once they picked it up a new order was dispatched super quickly. They included a hand written note and an extra candle which was lovely. They also smell incredible. Really lovely company who do amazing candles.

The tinned candles come in a variety of delicious scents that last, and are beautifully packaged. I have become a real fan over the last few months, and now I always have at least one on the go in the evening (used like this, each one lasts about a week). I also keep a few of the tinned candles (polka dot lime and basil, and fresh linen are favourites) in the drawer - they make great presents too.
I would highly recommend Country Candles, both for the quality of their products and their prompt delivery.
