Always read the one star reviews - I've complained to Trustpilot repeatedly about the bots posting 5 star reviews. Or Google TCFC and read about the insolvency investigation, they even tried to scam the banks!
If you have fallen into their trap, dispute the charge with your credit card to get your money back or speak to your bank. I first came across them in 2020, got our money back from Klarna and then I reported to Action Fraud, the CMA, and posted on social media to parent group. Still they carry on and so sad that other people have been caught in the net since.

Remember- read the reviews! All 5-star reviews are from people with one review ever, they are not real people!
Remember to do a chargeback on your card - you need to do this within 120 days of your transaction.
And report to Action Fraud! Otherwise this 'company' will keep ripping off people! Just had confirmation that my report has now been passed onto the police.

scam don’t use this company everyone orders it and no one ever gets their stuff. Mine was twice past order estimate and they email me saying it was going to arrive very soon. Well I claimed on my credit card. There’s also no number to call anyone and a lot of reviews saying it’s a scam do not buy their product. They’re just using you as a bank.

Poor experience. Ordered a full bedroom set, with 6 weeks expected delivery. 3 months later and no furniture. Just kept delaying. Asked for a refund after 4 months and whilst promised nothing came forward. Had to do a bank charge back.

Reordered (by my partner) 4 months later as my daughter really wanted the furniture and it was in stock. When it came, was very lovely and good quality.

Their customer service is awful. Can’t speak to anyone and promises over and over were unkept.

Tread with caution....
This company took my money knowing they did not have the product, customer support telephone not manned, e mails left unanswered.

In the end my bank stepped in and credited my account - the Furniture company £220 better off.

Disgusting organisation who have taken funds for my son’s bed and not provided the goods.

What they fail to understand is that I work in PR and Communications and have now shared my experience with the press and Bedfordshire Police so they can be investigated for fraud.

Do not under any circumstances part with your hard earned money with this company.

Go to a reputable retailer with decent standards of care and service. I wish them every luck with the criminal investigation that the met police and BBC Watchdog will now conduct.

Please take the time to read all the reviews for "Room to Grow." The two companies are actually the same entity. Report your concerns to Action Fraud and Trading Standards. Request a chargeback for your money and consider taking them to small claims court. It’s essential to take action to stop these businesses.

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I made an order on 1st March 2025 which I then cancelled. I still haven’t received a refund of £635.25 after emailing multiple times and I still haven’t received a refund. I have tried contacting them by telephone but no one answers. EXTREMELY WORRYING

Ordered a bed on January 2nd with a 4 week lead time, after countless missed promise dates in feb march and April we decided to cancel the order ( at their suggestion). The order was cancelled on the 22nd April, with a ridiculous time stated of 15 days till we would recieve our refund. It’s been 45 days and despite numerous emails we’ve still not recieved our refund. Really wouldn’t touch this lot with a barge pole, horrendous experience, we’re now raising a dispute with the credit card company, and seeing other comments on here I can see we’re not alone..

We ordered our bed and trundle in January 2025. The bed came but the trundle was on a 10 week order. 20+ weeks later and multiple emails the company is no longer responding to any communications. Also the phone number for the customer complaints has been disconnected. We have contacted visa to get a refund. Please don’t buy anything from this company.

I ordered my daughter's bed nearly 3 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. Email response is awful and there's no option to speak to anyone on the phone. This company needs to be shut down - please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, the whole thing is a scam!!!

Refund was requested and eventually offered but still not received nearly 2 months later despite many false promises from them that it was being escalated and reviewed by the accounts team. No option to speak with anyone. Email response is poor and takes up to a week at a time. Ultimately ended up filing a claim with the small claims court. Awful service. Would never use again. Thieves

Do not order from.this company. I found out that they are scammers. They owe me nearly £500. Look on GOV.uk.liquidation years ago. Carphan trading also scammers. Suspect the good reviews are false.

Like other customers I ordered a bed which wasn’t received after the advised time frame. Iv been waiting 2 months for a refund. They blame my bank for it not being received. I’m still waiting. I think they hope il give up and they can keep my money. They are unresponsive and obviously struggling as a company. They are dishonest. I urge you not to buy from them. It’s so difficult to speak to anyone so no one takes accountability for the problems you will undoubtedly have. Just buy from somewhere else.

I ordered a wardrobe for my daughter in November costing over £600. Exactly the same as other reviewers, the timeline for delivery passed. I chased and chased and got no helpful responses. Eventually told it would be another 12 weeks, which i just don’t believe. Requested a refund in March - still yet to receive it. I have chased SO many times and get NOTHING back. It’s a disgrace.
This company is an absolute scam. Please please please do not use them. I tracked down their CEO Paul Hansen to see if he would intervene. He did actually respond, and promised to help get my refund sorted but that’s not happened in 3
Weeks. Reported to Trading Standards like other customers. It’s just a shambles.
Update: I got my refund via my bank who were incredibly helpful. I have still not heard anything from the company or the CEO.

This is a scam company. Do not buy from them. I ordered a wardrobe from them a year ago. I don’t have the wardrobe and it has been impossible to get them to refund me. Awful

Scammers, ordered a bed for delivery in 2-4 weeks, 6 weeks later we still haven’t received anything and can’t get a response from the company by any means of communication, I’d definitely recommend not trusting these people with your money.

PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Definitely a scam… bought £500 furniture in February and still waiting at end of April. Being constantly told of supplier delays and 4-6wks anticipated delivery.
Now nervous I will struggle to get a refund.
