Ware am 25.09.2025 bestellt. Abgebucht wurde sofort. Bis zum heutigen Tag sind die Schuhe nicht da. Habe mehrfach per Email geschrieben. 1x Rückmeldung erhalten, dass die Schuhe bald bei mir sind. Dem ist nicht so. Betrug!

C’est bien de faire de la publicité mais il faudrait aussi honorer vos commandes. On est débité immédiatement et ensuite impossible de savoir où sont nos produits et quand on va les recevoir 😡
Site à fuir absolument, aucun suivi, aucun service client, et lorsque on appelle , on atterrit sur une plate-forme grecque. 😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered a pair of adidas SPZL shorts in May 2025 and still haven’t received anything. After a long wait, I was told the item was out of stock. Instead of giving me a refund, they pushed an exchange — which I accepted — but more weeks have passed with no update and no delivery.

Their communication has been virtually non-existent. My emails are now being ignored completely, and I’ve had to chase every single step myself. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me with no confidence in this company. I have paid for a product I still don’t have, and I’ve been given no clear solution.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company at all. Avoid like the plague, if I could give this company 0 stars then I would. Scammers!!

Do not buy from this company!
Took my money for a SPZL track top then told me they didn’t have the size I ordered.
After several weeks of time wasting emails I requested a refund then emails stopped.
They have basically stolen my money!
I don’t know why businesses like this are allowed to carry on trading on line!

Wrote an email and never got a reply. Made a payment for a merc tee and man s shirt. Waiting for news and delivery
Up to date 28 Nov 2025 got no reply at all from a second email. Neve got any contact

Had a rare SPZL item in stock I wanted, messaged them on Instagram to check it was there, it arrived exactly when they said it would. No issues at all, I will be using them again for sure.

Really happy with my order. The customer service was fantastic, great communication throughout.

Sending from Greece by DHL so vat was cleared is a great touch. Tracking number provided and delivered quickly.

I cant fault the team here and this review is from an honest purchase.

Betrügerischer Shop, auf keinen Fall dort bestellen. Poloshirt von Merc Ende Mai bestellt, immer noch nicht angekommen. Zum Glück hat es nur 30 € gekostet. Ich habe über 15x Mails geschrieben, darauf ca. 5 Antworten erhalten, wurde immer vertröstet. Ich bleibe dran 😂

Avoid this company. They will take your money. keep it and ignore you and don’t send out the goods. By far the worst company I have dealt with. Also extremely rude when you ask for your money back

Complete and utter rip off merchants. Do not think about buying anything from this website. They will take your money. Not provide a receipt and provide excuse upon excuse after harassing them to ultimately not fulfill anything

I ordered some trainers from Casual Factory back in February. Within a week or so they emailed to say it may take longer than usual as they'd be coming from the EU. Fair enough! Having not received them and getting no response from a few emails I left a review on here last week and CF email within a few hours to say:

I’ve forwarded your query to our logistics team for immediate review, and they’ll get back to you with an update by tomorrow.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

RATHER UNSURPRISINGLY, THERE'S BEEN NO RESPONSE. I COULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS OUTFIT TO ANYBODY AND THEY SHOULD BE MADE TO CEASE TRADING!

Do not order anything from this company they are rip of merchants. Ordered an item on 9th April it's now 2nd June and still nothing has arrived. Supposed to be chasing with Royal Mail but cant provide a tracking number despite the item being classed as a special as item over £100.

Ordered an item over 3 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. Sent 2 emails and 2 contact us enquiries with no response! No other option now but to submit a section 75 to get my money back. Disappointing!

Don't deal with these cowboys Falsely advertise products they don't have and ignore messages Complete timewasters!

ik wacht al bijna een half jaar op terugbetaling! Na aangekochte schoenen van adidas bleken deze ineens niet op voorraad, wst uiteraard kan gebeuren. Werd netjes gevraagd of ik wilde wachten of mijn gels terug wilde. Gekozen voor een refund, tot op heden nog altijd op mijn geld aan het wachten! Meermaals gemaild met de klanten service. Meermaals te horen gekregen dat het geld snel wordt terugbetaald maar klopt niks van. Pure oplichterij!

Betrug! Keine Ware erhalten. Wurde vertröstet oder sollte Stornieren.
Habe Storniert und kein Geld zurück bekommen. Bitte nie bei denen bestellen.
Erspart ihr euch Geldverlust.
