The customer service from Sam has been outstanding. I ordered a standing lamp and there was a slight delay in receiving our tracking delivery update. I tried to ring the company on the telephone number provided from their website, however I spoke to a female who had no affiliation to Thebonniehome.

As a result I thought the company and website were a scam.

I sent an email to customer services and was immediately contacted by Sam who was full of apologies and said there were issues with the telephone number and the issues was being resolved as a priority. Sam kindly looked at my order and confirmed it had been dispatched and would be arriving today.

True to Sam's word I received the item this morning.

The service has been 5*, I would encourage anyone to order from this company.

I ordered the Teknik Executive Desk for my home office and it is great! The quality is fab and just what I was hoping for. Delivery was also quick and I was kept updated about delivery days/times. Overall a great service!

Ordered the Blakey Sofa set - and I’m so glad I did. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a sofa without seeing it in person but I needn’t have worried as when it arrived it was everything I hoped it would be! Lovely quality and it’s really comfy too. I’m currently awaiting delivery of a bed from them now! I’d happily shop here again.

Ordered the Orion Gold dining table which comes with 4 chairs, also ordered extra chairs to match table. Table is of a very solid build quality and the chairs are very comfortable. Delivery was on time and very professional delivery staff. Already looking at ordering accessories to match my dining table. Would definitely order again and highly recommend.

I’ve recently bought the antique silver swirl wall mirror from The Bonnie Home. It was delivered quickly and I’m delighted with the quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered a bed last month. Was skeptical due to lack of reviews, but website seemed legit and had exactly what I was looking for so went for it anyway. So glad I did - absolutely stunning bed, unreal quality and exactly what I had in mind for our bedroom.
I was prepared to wait a while, as the delivery time on other websites for beds seems to be a couple of weeks however, this was here 4 days after ordering.

This is a scam. Looks legit but after ordering didn't receive email confirmation, just text, chased and phoned number cut off and email bounced back....
