I cannot sing the praises of this company enough. They were so helpful in getting an item to me urgently when my dog was sick. As it turned out I then didn’t need it and there was no hesitation in them letting me return it and giving me a refund. Customer service was brilliant.
very high quality duvet - size 'oversize' single 165cm x 220cm so perfect for longer people. arrived well packaged, and complimentary zip-up duvet bag also included. I am as happy with this duvet as I was seriously unhappy with the same size duvet purchase from a rival company The Big Little Duvet Company. the difference in quality between the two is huge. this is the go to company for that size.

Ordered over the phone ( since we need additional information ), confirmed on line with updates regarding delivery which was on time by DHL. I purchased an Emperor bed,it is very good value for the money.Similar beds from a high street store cost a lot more. The bed was delivered to my upstairs bedroom,no easy task,unpacked ,assembled and all packaging removed,for no extra cost. The delivery men were excellent.
Excellent product, great communication and delivered much quicker than expected especially in light of Covid restrictions. Will definitely use again.
