Initial order process fine, then went wrong.

Initial order process fine. However, an entire quantity of one item was not received, and required two emails to receive entailing a delay of over two weeks for order completion.

Contact involved two day delay per response, which focused on incoming supply delay, staffing shortages, and apparent inability to ensure warehouse staff had actually dispatched an order.

Seemed to be little regard to the fact that goods ordered were not provided, and reluctance to exercise due diligence.

Have purchased items previously without issue, but this experience has significantly reduced my opinion of this company.

Hello Mark,

I am very disappointed to see that you have felt that we deserved a 2-star review regarding your experience with us.

You have been contacted and apologised for the mistake and given the reasons for these mistakes as you stated in your review, for example the shortage of staff we have at the moment, the difficulty we have in ensuring that issues are resolved as efficiently as normal due to me having to work from home at the moment and also the delay on incoming supply, all of which were only explained to you in order for you to feel in the loop and understand why the service was not as good as you are used to this time.

The national pandemic that is going on at the moment has caused the issues for us and are unfortunately out of our control, however we are doing the best we can to ensure our customers are affected by these issues as little as possible, unfortunately this isn't always the case and mistakes can happen.

I do however feel that you stating that we had little regard for the fact you were missing some items is a little unfair and slightly false, as from your very first email due diligence was indeed carried out and the issue was dealt with as a matter of urgency by myself. Granted the issue was missed by our already under pressure warehouse staff. which led to you needing to send a follow up email, which again was dealt with as a matter of urgency by myself and you were apologised to profusely and even offered a discount code for your next order. to which I have received no response as of yet.

I am severely disappointed that I have been unable to resolve your bad feelings towards our company on this occasion and I would ask that if there is anything further I can do to turn your review from bad to good that you contact me at your leisure and I will again do my very best to deliver.

Fantastic service from the Penn shop

Fantastic service from the Penn shop, I live on the doorstep of Codsall but I choose to drive to Penn.
My only real issue with TAOV as a whole, is that the online prices are not reflected in the shop.
My biggest issue is with the Codsall branch, both experienced with my self and my wife.
The chap in the shop frankly couldn't wait to go home, completely unhelpful on several occasions, when my wife had problems with her voopoo blowing coils constantly, couldn't be bothered when my aegis mini battery went funny, was told to spend abit more money?! Final straw with the shop was when I was in self isolation a few weeks back, I sent my mother in law to collect some juice, nic shots and coils. Priced it up online, (3 for £10 (or 7.99 each) adrenaline 50ml, £8.99 smok coils and nic shots making 6mg) coming to about £20, obviously expected a price increase as in store.
Mother in law drops items in my porch, I looked at the receipt it came to £50!
£11.00 EACH for the juice, £12.99 for 5 smok coils and £1 each for 6 nic shots.
Utterly gob smacked, i phoned up Codsall and was told no, you don't get the prices online in store, if you want them then order for online delivery and don't send anyone into the shop, nic shots aren't included with the juice (I thought they were, but could be mistaken from when I've bought a device) and that "I need the coils to make the device work so what you gonna do" I'm sorry I don't know the name of the chap in codsall, maybe Aidan? but again I will say, the guy in Penn (again don't know your name) is absolutely fantastic, but the codsall store needs a serious shake up.

I'm shocked to hear that you have not experienced the great level of customer service we pride ourselves on when visiting our Codsall branch.

I would like to sincerely apologise for the continues dissatisfaction you have experienced.
The member of staff is correct as far as online prices differ to in store, but certainly not for the increased price, the prices differ for various reasons but should always equal out to roughly the same.

I would be extremely grateful if you could contact me via email with some more details on this and allow me to resolve this for you.

I just visited Codsall branch to buy a new mod. The person working there ( Monday / 10-Jan-2021 / 13:30 hrs ) was so rude that it was disgusting. He was not in the mood to work at all. Pathetic !!
