I have been goign to the Academy for 8 months now and I have just completed another challenge loosing 15lbs between November and December. That akes 45 lbs in total since I joined. Whilst that is fantastic and I am really happy the far bigger change is my fitness health and motivation. I have done things I would never have imagined I could do before I started and I have loved all the experiences. I feel like a different person and my kids have got a far better Mum who enjoys going and doing exciting thigns with them.. Joing the academy is the best decision I have ever made. It is the best money I have ever spent on myself and I can't wait for what 2019 holds. Thank you to all the coaches and fellow ninjas for yuor support and encouragement over the last 8 months.

One and only place where you can definitely get results!!! Amazing coaches with lots of support and family like environment. Academy helps you to take a whole new step in your life towards fitness and healthy eating!! Highly recommended place for anyone!

I have been a member for just 4 weeks. Though it is very short time, I have had fantastic experience so far. It is very friendly environment with excellent coaches, along with great minded fellow members. I have not only learnt and doing workouts here, It helped to revamp my entire dietary too. I would like to thank the entire team for their effort and help.I highly recommend Academy for everyone especially who is keen to get back their fitness.

Since starting the academy i have felt a vast improvement in the way i feel, i have so much more energy and drive to be better, the instructors and clients alike are all friendly, helpful and approachable. I couldnt be happier with my decision to join.

I would recommend the academy to anyone needing motivation to lose weight or get fit. In a short space of time I have lost weight/body fat.The sessions are always fun and time flies when your there, all leaders are friendly helpful and approachable.

The Academy is an excellent place if you want lose weight, get fit or just need some direction on how to be more healthy. Jon & Matt know what they are talking about and have created a lively, social environment which is tailored to help as many people as possible.
Having completed the 20lb challenge I can attest that anyone can join and find something that works for them.

I have been a member for two months now, after a trying various gyms, nothing compares to the academy. The workouts are varied and challenging, you work to your ability. The support you get is amazing, helping with food and your mindset. I have lost 12.5lbs/ 7.6% body fat up to now and I personally don’t think I’d be able to do it with the academy!

I put off joining this because I felt that I was too unfit to be able to attend. I was worried about everything. 2.5 months on and I still can't do a sit up... but I've not been able to do one of them for 30 years! I felt I was quickly running out of options on how to start getting my life back. I'd encourage anyone to try this whatever your weight or fitness.

Great 'gym'. I never thought I would enjoy exercise as much as I am. I completeted the 20lb challenge which I never imagined I could.

I have been a member nearly a year and it was the best decision I made, stepping through that door. I have lost weight, gained confidence, made new friends and the coaches have been absolutely amazing. It has been a fantastic experience just when I needed it in my life.

Had tried various things in the past, but never found an approach that worked, until I joined the Academy. I've been with the Academy 6 months now and am feeling the best I have felt in a long time, I've lost 65lbs so far and have enjoyed doing so!

The best decision Iv'e made for years was coming to the acadamy! I was overweight,unfit and in a rut. I've just completed the 20lb challenge and feel so much better for it! I honestly don't think i'd have achieved it without the support of not only the instructors but other members too. The classes are never boring, always enjoyable and the time flies. Love it!

When I first joined the academy I was sceptical about the 20 lbs challenge and whether it was do-able but it really is. I’ve achieved more at The Academy in 9 weeks than I have done at my previous gym in 3 years and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a gym that doesn’t feel like a gym and the coaches are really supportive and helpful. The membership is worth every penny!

I absolutely love training at the Academy! Every session is really positive, friendly and fun so turning up is never chore!

Just to reiterate what I’ve saud before, been a member for over 3 years now & getting fitter & stronger all the time. The coaches here really know what they’re talking about & will support you every step of the way. What have you got to lose, give this place a try, totally recommend it

The Academy GTC has genuinely changed my life and my outlook. No longer do I feel helpless when it comes to my weight and fitness; I am completely in control thanks to the amazing support and advice I’ve received. I feel I’ve really found a place and a programme that is right for me and that’s due to the incredible coaches and my fellow ninjas. The Academy is my fitness “home” and I’m a new person since discovering it!
