My usual experience

As always, on time and in perfect condition, despite me living in a town that annoyingly delivers parcels a day late, yours magically arrive on time. Amazing service, bonus points for the time magic :)

The premier hobby retailer.

I have been using the Outpost regularly for various no Warhammer systems products from paints to minis for well over 2 years. I have never had any issues with the products sent or any delays or issues with delivery. I more than highly recommended them for getting anything you need for your hobby from here.

Brilliant communication from the team

Brilliant communication from the team - there was a slight chance of a delay which I was notified about well in advance by them (although the products did indeed arrive on time for release, which was just icing on the cake!). I've been using The Outpost for quite a few years, and will continue to do so!

Two items on back order for over a month. Had to remove them from the order to have them sent. Once sent delivery was abandoned without attempt and dropped off at a collection point 10 miles away.
