postage & delivery is always on time & tracked without issues.

Customer service is excellent always willing to assist with information & inquiry's you may have.

Im sticking with them for all my miniature model hobby purchases :)

Good products and prices, but a long time coming

Good products and prices. However one or two paints were out of stock according to the ordering system. After two weeks i rang and cancelled one paint to get order moving- best part of another week passed and rang again to chase order. Apparently the outstanding item was in the warehouse- but broken but no one had bothered to contact me. Profuse apologies when i rang the second time and postage discounted but three plus weeks for delivery of paint??

Sylvaneth Pre-order

I ordered a Games Workshop pre-order item which, ironically, Games Workshop had already sold out of. It came very well packaged and in good time, with a couple of Goblin Gaming stickers and refreshers for a nice touch. I will use them again.
