I must say I am a 51 year old man and have dealt with many solicitors but I must say the legal company has been by far the best , informative , keeps you up to date all reliable and I would personally recommend there services to anyone . What a great company this is. I have used Milton Firman company for many years and I every step of the way I can honestly say I have been 100% happy with his services. I have used the Legal Company for mainly family court divorce proceedings in Appeals, Setaside applications and his firm has guided me to the highest standard. I would highly recommend using this firm as Milton’s 40 year plus experience in all types of Litigation is far more better than using a conventional solicitor who is simply on the stop watch where as the Legal Company are helping you get your result not just your money

This company is a SCAM ....This Milton Firman took advantage of me when I was going through my divorce. I could not afford to pay outright , and he took weekly payments. However I could never get in touch with him apart from on a Sunday night! His phrase is 'I'm always by your side' making me feel re assured, as at the time I was appealing a court judgement . Milton did not seem to care how late he filed the appeal papers, they got filed eventually, but I ended up with the same judge! And lost my appeal...coming out of the court awarded zero. This man is a disgrace . Happily taking your money and giving nothing in return. I wish I had researched him earlier. Don't be fooled by him.

If you are seeking a lawyer who will do everything ‘by the book’, never having done anything other beyond the absolute minimum demanded, then your choice of adviser is vast.
It is Milton’s ability to ‘think outside of the box’ which is his strength. I, personally, have nothing but praise for how he works, and the result being one of the many for whom one can only select superlatives, for the way in which he gets results. Does he interpret the rules to the best advantage of his clients ? Obviously, but that is why there are many adverse comments about him.
When he is on your side, then it is different.
But when up against him, and he outmanoeuvres you, the nasty comments are brought out to play. Why mention his religion, unless you have some sort of bias against that group ? Does he – ever - make mistakes; of course, he is only human. But does he react quickly to do all within his power to rectify them, and more; an emphatic yes !!!
I have known him for nearly 30 years, both socially and professionally, and have come to respect Milton the man, and Milton the advocate. I have – also – witnessed his little acts of kindness, totally without benefit to him, other than the rare pleasure of pure human kindness.
I wonder if - those who expound poor and angry statements about him - may have contributed to their own problems, in some way ?
Does he expect to be paid for his talents; of course ! Are his charges reasonable; in my view, yes. All the more so when he gets the result which you, the client, seeks. After all, it is the result by which he should be measured.
If he has any fault in this matter, it is that he sometimes acts for those ‘written off’ by everybody else, more the basis of what should happen, rather than will happen.
I would describe him as ‘a good friend, but a bad enemy’.
I know who I want acting for me, rather than against me.

Contacted this firm to discuss Judicial Review as their website claimed they were the experts. I received a call back from someone called Milton (who I can see was struck off from reading the reviews). He did not understand what I wanted to talk to him about. Said local authority are more powerful and basically put up and shut up. This individual was rude, abrupt and proceeded to shout at myself and demand answers but not giving myself the chance to speak, he later slammed the phone down. Nasty person and not what their website claims.

Milton was extremely professional. A quick response to my initial inquiry. Then help redrafting an appeal document. Excellent work, rapid turnround and very polite and supportive. Would not charge me for anything. Very impressed.

I never secured Milton Firman - The Legal Company but nearly did. His responses were very vague which compelled me to check reviews. thank goodness. This man was struck off 02/02/2006
The irony,,,, it's illegal for him to be working as a solicitor at all!!!

He needs reporting to the SRA

This is not a real firm of solicitors, rather it is one individual, a con-artist, that has been forbidden to practice law by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
He took my money and then just forgot all about my case. He told me to just be patient and let him handle the case. When I contacted him a month later he said he had no record of the case or of me being a client. But Paypal clearly shows he took my money.

Rude man. Unprofessional and hung up on me on the phone. One to avoid at all costs

I am not able to explain in the work the horror I have lived with this man, I appeared to be very polite and understanding but everything seems to be part of his plan, Mr Milton the struck out solicitor who shouldn't been working as a legal professional found out the way to work into litigation, and handles the claim in the way a barrister would do. I lost a JR which was never win able on the ground he raised it. All he care was money. £1650 he charged , and then another £250 for writing a story without any case reference without which it was impossible to win. Worst part is he never told me he is a struck out solicitor, and he assisted me in legal matter against another struck pout solicitor. What a sham, and fraud he appreciated to be! He has made me loose £2500 in legal cost against Legal Ombudsman. Only if he was honest, I would have not dont what I did, got involved in an impossible litigation! He has looted me.

No Win No Fees Fraud. This is extremely unprofessional company running by Mr Milton. He charged me £1500 as initial fixed fees then £500 afterward he never ever attend my call or never advised me not even single time. I have lost the case in which I was innocent and I have evidence of my innocence but I lost due to Milton who is running this fraud company. He actually said that judge are stubborn and never goes against their judge colleague decision in appeal. While dear judge said me that you should bring those evidence in front of first judge While Milton know all about this but he did not deal the case properly even not a single time. Just like he wanted me to loose then I will contact him and he will charge further and he did ask me to pay and I paid again due to his unprofessionalism. Please someone need to stop him by trapping and doing fraud the people. If any government agency or law society or any agency needs info against his behaviour then I will provide all info and proof.
