Hmm seems like this Milton Firman is a lead character in this firm. Actually spoke to the man today regarding the death of my 19 Yr old daughter. He has the empathy of a brick wall and the compassion of a door knob! But then emails to tell you, the only reason he's emailing is because you abruptly put the phone down due to all the above! Absolute waste of time.
Update 29/07/2026.. It's been 6 wks since I made this post andonly now does Milton decide to reply.
The compassion and empathy this man thinks he showed was all in his mind!.. At the end of the day his reviews are appalling, speaks volumes!!

I first came across Milton Firman in 2024. At the time, I was progressing matters via another route as per the process. However, Milton still kindly took so much time out to understand my case including allowing me to keep him updated. I was allowed to speak to him on the phone and communicate via emails (no costs billed despite the process lasting many months).

The above was invaluable for when I started using Milton in late 2024. The approach from here onwards was exceptional.

At Milton's office, I was made to feel at home during many visits. I would look forward to being in his presence and the very relaxed environment.

As required, I was allowed numerous meetings to discuss the work involved, follow-up via emails, any required calls, and significantly low fees.

I was exceptionally pleased with how my work was packaged and submitted in August 2025. There was a lot of work involved and Milton made sure we remained on the same page throughout. I was touched how Milton went out of his way to undertake and review the work late into the evenings and weekends. The follow-up work has continued to be very pleasing via Milton making himself available as and when required.

As the whole approach has been so exceptional, I have started using Milton for further matters.

On a personal level, Milton sees us as individuals and not just a case. That is rare!

Forever Thankful.

I spoke to Milton and this man was the rudest solicitor I have ever spoken to in my life. Completely disregarded what I was saying and offered no advice at all. Scumbag. I am a neurodivergent individual concerned that my human rights have been violated and they did not care in the slightest. If you value good legal counsel then stay away from this firm at all costs.

The legal company is a fraud. Milton is a one man show who knows the talk. There are no other staff but Milton himself. On the website he claims to deal with your case as no win no fee then blatantly asks for a deposit. I paid him 3000.00 deposit to take on a case . He surely knows how to prey on vulnerable people. I Sent him all the papers I had for him to read. The case couldn't be taken any further as new evidence was required, he refused to refund my money. And he didn't return the majority of the papers i sent him. Had the case gone further those papers were crucial to the case. All he kept on saying is that we need new evidence. I sent a recording of a conversation for him to listen to and instead of trying to understand what was being said he passed it back asking me to type up the conversation. So any work that you was paying for he didn't do. Any new evidence would have been sent to the CCRC by myself I wouldn't have needed him for that. I tried not to be rude and contradict the man whilst dealing with him as I was giving him the benefit of doubt. Act stupid as though you dont know the law when it comes to new evidence. Anyhow as time passed and a few telephone conversations he refused to refund me any of my money claiming that reading and speaking on the phone warranted 3000. 00 pounds of work. He is a fraud. And I have reported him to the police . I dealt with this guy years ago earlier than 2024 but the system won't let me go back further.

One of the longest-standing fraudsters in the fraud business! Looks like he's good at writing 5-star reviews about himself though. Firman is a thief and a conman and should be in jail - and what's more, I'm frankly amazed that he isn't! They'll get you eventually, Milton.

And I just thought I'd add a bit more, having seen your reply to this post. You were struck off and prohibited from practising as a solicitor in 2006 (check with the SRA - it's publicly available information) for being a fraud. And I'm not surprised you don't remember me; I'm just one of your innumerable victims, and this IS my real name. As I said, they'll get you eventually Milton.

Every so-called positive review of Firman ... is written by himself! He is an out-and-out fraud and was kicked out as a solicitor in 2006. Now he is just a confidence trickster - a con-man - and dealing with him will cost you money and time because he is a useless legal adviser but also a cunning and duplicitous liar. Why don't you sue me Milton??
I'll tell you why - because EVERY qualified real legal person in the North of England knows about you, and if you were ever so foolish as to appear in Court to try and defend the indefensible, then they would LAUGH you out of that Court for the scammer you are. So...go ahead you lying thief, sue away!!

Having been made aware that I'd received a CCJ due to a parking misdemeanour, without any correspondence from the courts, I engaged with Milton for support.

Milton acted promptly in liaising with associated parties and the courts to have the judgement set aside and therefore removing all record from my credit report.

I couldn't thank Milton and the team at The Legal Company enough for all of their support and would highly recommend their services.
