Uber Boat by Thames Clippers Arvostelua 

The tannoy system was set so high at the open part on back of the boat I took at 1130 last Wednesday going east from London Bridge that we literally has to cover our ears -ambulance siren levels. As this is the only part of the boat that doesn't smell of fuel and polished plastic - like the old hovercrafts - should be carefully looked after. Unfortunately the crew say they have no access to volume level - it's the responsibility of the engineers. So that's all right then.....

Regularly use the Uber boats to travel from Imperial wharf to meetings in the City. Great way to commute without the stress of the underground particularly when carrying heavy presentation kit. PLEASE can we have more direct boats on the return journey. Currently only one an hour. Would consider a travel pass if the service was more frequent and no need to change at Battersea Power station. I currently tube the return journey.

Normally all the staff are polite, professional, and very helpful. Today on my trip from Westminster to Greenwich 1015am there were 2-3 times the number of staff and we were treated like cattle by 80% of the staff “stand there!” “Move here !” all abrupt and rude. I feel sorry for the staff I normally encounter on this trip who do an amazing job. Why were there so many staff and why were there so rude?

I booked the wrong date for my travel and Dan helped me and without any problem he changed the date to the one I wanted. Thank you Dan. x

We booked a party of 4 to use the London Clipper after an event at the O2 finished early at 9:30. We waited a long time and people at the front of a queue were able to get on a boat. After a further 20 minute delay, another boat turned up and told us to find another means of transportation. I've asked for a refund twice now, with no response. Shocking process and system. Would definitely not recommend using them, unless you like throwing your money away

What should be a 1 star review due to a long wait, cancelled boats and poor communication , has turned into a 5 star review because of staff member Alysha who manages the queues and boarding by Tower Bridge. Under very difficult circumstances and lots of disgruntled customers she kept her cool and her smile. I hope Alysha day got better. My friend and I made it to Westminster armed with a wealth of information, thanks to Alysha

From Greenwich to Westminster took about 15 minutes and charged £10.30 each. Scam.

We took a day trip to London and paid around £70 for a group of four on the Uber Boat, only to unknowingly travel beyond Westminster and be told at Greenwich that we had to pay an extra £17 to return—making it feel like a misleading and overpriced experience that tourists should be warned about.

Did t expect much from a chat bot but my problem was resolved successfully within seconds

Tube strikes made the service ultra busy and I queued forever… but the staff were great. Loved the attitude at Embankment when I changed during a crazy long journey. They were friendly, happy and efficient. Making the best out of a bad situation.

After boarding the Uber boat from London Bridge to Battersea we were treated extremely rudely by a very aggressive ‘Alisha’ I think her name was it ruined our experience. Her customer service was atrocious and after challenging her why she felt the need to be so rude she reared up at us in a very aggressive manner. Her customer service skills need to be reconsidered especially considering it’s a people’s persons job.

A frequent user of Thames Uber Clippers, today was not my best experience. Staff on the return from Greenwich, 17.20. 26.08.25 were rude and bullying. Herding ticket payers along, passengers unsteady on their feet shouted at to hurry. Really embarrassing, can't imagine what foreign visitors must have thought. Ironic that signs everywhere inform that 'NO rudness or inappropriate behaviour towards staff is tollerated'. What about the other way around?

Unreliable service. They cancel boats without reasons whenever they want.they are turistic service not to rely that you can get to work on time using their service. Their X canceling boats service is a joke

Siamo arrivati per prendere la barca in 8 persone, dalla stazione di London Bridge fino a Westminister.
Arrivati facciamo tap-in con la carta e la macchinetta ci da il regolare ok di approvazione.
Peccato che l'operatore li vicino avesse messo al contrario la copertura con scritto fuori servizio, che è andato a girare pochi minuti dopo per coprire il pos precedentemente scoperto.
Una volta visto ciò chiediamo cosa fare e lui ci risponde che dobbiamo rifare tap-in prima di salire sulla barca e, per riassumere, che sperava questo avesse risolto le cose. Peccato che la mattina dopo ci svegliamo con un conto di più di 40£ a testa letteralmente per 1 km di barca, dato dal doppio tap-in che siamo stati costretti a fare da un dipendente incompetente e mal informato e dalla sua collega, al quale abbiamo provato a rivolgerci dopo la risposta "speranzosa" del primo, la quale si è prontamente messa a ridere.
Detto ciò conveniva prendere la metro, se avessimo sbagliato noi non ci sarebbero problemi ma pagare per la risposta sbagliata di un dipendente ignorante non va bene, avessimo fatto da soli non avremmo sbagliato.
Questo giochetto tra l'altro è stato fatto con più di una persona perchè altri ragazzi sono venuti a chiederci cosa ci avesse detto l'operatore dato che anche loro erano nella stessa situazione, spero a loro sia andata meglio.
