Placed a first time order. Got confirmation they had received, got another email saying the order was processed, then received email saying order had been canceled. Will not attempt to order again.

Site easy to navigate. Great selections. Reasonable prices. Fast delivery. Very nice quality.

Their shipping very expensive. Their product doesn't arrive when they said it would. When I tried to chat with customer service they didn't answer my questions and ended my chat before they answered my questions. Horrible experience.

I have made multiple purchases from tgw. It’s easy with good prices and shipping options. I strongly recommend the site.

Have used TGW many times and they always have what I need in stock and the shipping times are great. Plus the prices are also a plus..

I purchased a coat and it arrived ok. Shipping was one fourth of the cost. The coat was the wrong size so I returned it and had to pay shipping again...and also tax again (seems like the tax should have been reversed not added on). Shipping is too expensive with them & the tax calc is not right. I won't use them again.

Totally ineffective search program on their site. Asked for merchandise, it showed 16 pages with "375 matches". After going through the entire 16 pages, only two items out of the total matched what I asked to see. And none of them were in normal sizes, only Extra large. Total waste of time to try to find what they don't have.

Two months of waiting and STILL NO SHIPMENT. I ordered a golf driver on May 20, then didn't receive any status update. I emailed customer service a month later on June 20 to no response, followed up and they said they would reach out to the manufacturer.
No response after 3 more weeks, reached out again, they say it's shipping soon. No tracking number, anything.
It has now been more than 2 entire MONTHS since I ordered one single golf club. This is completely unacceptable and no one should ever shop from this company. My experience is apparently all too common.

Made an online purchase during sales , received an email requesting additional money for postage. Seems to be a trend these days with online retailers . Not recommended and will not use again

Had an order cancelled a week after I bought it, but was never told what the reason was.

Price and quality of the product

Ordered a golf club. It arrived on time but without a head cover. I emailed Consumer Services and they responded within 30 minutes with an apology and said one would be mailed out ASAP. You don't see that kind of service very often.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced since Comcast. They sent me the wrong club and them blamed me. Then they didn’t understand that if they sold me the last one and sent the wrong club they still have the club I order in stock. Very rude and short customer service rep who wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else. Never again will I do business with them or recommend this garbage warehouse.

Horribly SLOW!!! Ordered on 1 April, 1 May I request status, couple of days no answer so I request status again. Told it is packed and ready for shipping. Shipping number would be provided. Waited a couple of days and NOTHING. I write them again asking for status, couple of days no answer. Then I get an email stating sorry it was shipped to an incorrect address. They were rebuilding the club and it SHOULD be mailed on 15 May!! STAY AWAY from TGW!!!

Tried to leave this review on TGW as they solicited my opinion but they rejected it. It was for a 2023 Cobra Snakebite Wedge.

Very disappointed with TGW
Ordered 4 weeks ago with a Pgi shaft and after 3 weeks I was sent an email advising that the shaft is not available for this club. Would have been nice to know that when I ordered it. Finally received it after paying an upcharge for a different shaft but the Winn grip I paid for was not on the club. Came with the stock grip. Notified customer service and they told me to send them pictures of the packing slip and the grip. I know they can get a hold of the invoice from Cobra and that they also have a copy somewhere in the company so I don't know why I have to do their job. I called them and told them I am not sending any pictures and to speak to a supervisor. They told me I had to send in pictures. They hung up on me twice before I was transferred to a supervisor. She was finally able to confirm that they will confirm what item was actually sent to me. I have been a customer of TGW for years and never had any issues with them but this is ridiculous. Their customer service department is either lazy or incompetent or both. To top it off they use Fedex for shipping and the package was left in front of my garage door in plain view of the street. I will not be buying from any company using Fedex shipping until that policy is changed. Probably the worst buying experience I've ever had. The wedge is great.

I ordered 2 shirts and 3 pairs of pants from TGW. One pair of pants was the wrong size, I ordered 32 waist and received a 33 waist. Additionally, the 33 waist pants were the only pair that did not have tags on them, making me think they were a previously returned item. It's been almost a month since I sent the pants back and still haven't received a refund. Several TGW chat sessions resulted in "this has been processed, you should have received a refund, will send to accounting to get the refund processed today". So if I didn't keep following up would they have processed the refund? Very poor on their part.

Horrible company!
Placed order on 4/13 and still do not have the club 4/26.
I called twice and they said they needed to contact the factory.
Still waiting!
Steer clear of this company.
Use Rock Bottom or Carls Golf land.
