Driver is going to fast weaving around speed bumps in a commercial retail property.

Talk about a Company that does not care about the noise they make by picking up trash from dumpsters @ 2:00 am ? It sounds like a war zone. Besides that they leave the place a mess. Disgusting! Wake up Austin Texas! Your sleep cycle gets disturbed and that eventually catches up with your health! No dumpster should be picked up until after 7:00 am. Where is the press to cover such abuses? I would ask where is City leadership but if they really cared this would not be an issue.

i would give them zero stars if i could. Deceptive, not forthcoming on their locked in contract so you cant switch when they are terrible without paying $200 fee. Run dont walk from this company.

No communication from the company other than emailed bills. Pick up days are scheduled and they often do not go by the schedule without warning or they send a message through the app the next day. You are allowed to have large black bags (up to 3) outside of the bin, unfortunately that has been left on several occasions. Once my contract is done, I will no longer use this company.

TDS is very slow to respond to complaints.
TDS is very slow to repair their cans.
TDS customer service tries but normally can’t do anything about complains but to put you on hold.
I use them for my rental properties and home so I know how they work.
Use someone else to spread the wealth.

Texas Disposal Systems has some of the most unacceptable customer service policies I’ve ever encountered. Their missed‑pickup policy essentially punishes customers for circumstances completely outside their control. They choose to run single‑operator trucks, and when a bin is slightly blocked by a car on a public street — something homeowners cannot control — the driver simply refuses to get out and move it.
Their “free” remedy is allowing a couple of extra bags the following week, which doesn’t come close to replacing a full bin of missed service. The only other option? Paying double for them to come back out and pick up the trash they should have collected in the first place.
TDS saves money by not staffing a second person on their trucks, then charges customers extra when that cost‑cutting causes service failures. That is not customer service — it’s price gouging. Speaking with a supervisor (Stephanie) confirmed they have no flexibility and no willingness to take responsibility. Completely unacceptable.

Service is not good.

CS ppl are nice and try to be helpful, but they are powerless. They just send emails to ppl who do not respond.

For me, pickup was supposed to be 5 days ago. Still waiting. Different ppl tell me different (and sometimes untrue) things.

Every 2 weeks same problem. They don't collect cardboards which is bundled. And they don't offer a solution.

Wow, if only I had known what I was getting into! Only had the service 4 months & they've lost the TWO checks for our 2nd billing!! Now they want $200 MORE to cancel the 'service' even though they locked our service for 'non-payment' LOL CAN'T FIX STUPID!!!!

I would reiterate the sentiment from previous reviews. Whenever I call, there is never an CS rep available to receive the call. They seem to be disorganized. You had better not have billing questions because your questions will take months to get answered, all while having the requirement and expectation that you continue paying your bill.

One of their trucks lost their driveshaft on highway 35. Obviously, safety is not their first concern. The driver should have heard it dragging, but continued to drive. My husband ran it over and it did severe damage to our car. He is lucky to be alive. They are refusing to pay for us to get it repaired. Be careful when you see a truck on the road from this company.

Poor communication. When i canceled my credit card, i tried catching all the autopay accounts. This company doesn't call. They email. They skipped my trash can and yet still charged me. I still had to pay even though they did nothing, sounds like the government. Other companies text. It's backwoods communication and customer service. Use republic trash disposal.
