tentree is 6 stars in my mind. Their clothes are stylish, quality, and the mission is sustainable. I’ve got about 6 tops and 2 bottoms from them all of which are my favorite pieces and I get compliments all the time on the quilted button ups. I recently had a snap come off a new shirt and their email customer service was speedy and sending me a replacement. Such a great company top to bottom, give them your money!

I emailed customer service to let them know I received a garment with a hole, and instead of the small discount on my next order that I was assuming I would get, they sent me an entirely new garment! This company is honestly amazing, it really cares about its customers, which in turn makes customers care about it too. Great place to get amazing clothing :)

I emailed the tentree customer support regarding exchanging an online sale item for a different size. They responded within the same day and Silvia was very helpful and provided great customer service. I am extremely appreciative of her kind service and assisting me in getting the item I loved in the correct size!

Amazing customer service. We had a small size issue with one item, and the problem was solved in less than 24h. I highly recommend this company. They have made me a customer for life.

J’ai acheté le fleece crew dress, j’en ai déjà un à la maison, voilà je commande un autre parce que j’aime le premier acheté en small, sauf que payer les frais de shipping pour un vêtement mal étiquetté je n’ai pas apprécié. Le small que j’ai reçu était beaucoup plus grand (medium) mais étiquette small. Très déçu et dommage j’aimerais en avoir un autre mais je ne veux pas repayer pour recevoir une mauvaise grandeur

I had a problem with my delivery not showing up which the customer service solved swiftly. I’m happy with the product too.

I received a wonderful, high quality compostable Tentree jacket as a present. Unfortunately not long after receiving the jacked one of the screw buttons came loose and was lost. I informed Tentree customer care, I had no receipt or order number, and without hesitation their wonderful support team helped me out. They sent me new buttons (the one I needed and a spare) at no cost of shipping or customs. Their communication on helping me was consistent and clear and very polite. I thought the customer experience was wonderful as a whole and I’m very happy to able to wear my Tentree jacket. So much so … I have bought another Tentree jacket, a lighter one for the summer: making me now a loyal Tentree customer.

I’ve been a long time supporter of Tentree and they’ve only gotten better! I love that they have options with 100% organic cotton and that they focus so much on being sustainable brand for our planet.

There was an issue with one of my purchases which was resolved immediately to my complete satisfaction. I love tentree products and this confirmed that I will continue to shop with confidence.

After receiving my order through Canada Post , I notice thgat I was missing 2 items which were supposed to be part of the package . I contact by email the client services which answered very quickly . After a few exchanges , they provided me with the 2 items which are on the way

I've been purchasing shirts for my grandsons for years. I love the philosophy of this company. I decided to order a flannel shirt for my husband as a Christmas gift this past year. He loved it, but had worn it only twice when the bottom snap came off. I'm assuming this was an isolated defect as everything else I have ordered was great quality. Anyway, I contacted TenTree by email and received prompt attention and resolution. I am currently waiting for the replacement shirt to be sent and as recommended by them, we are donating the defective shirt(which is only missing the bottom snap) to a charity that works with the homeless in our area.

Had a small issue with an online purchase; they went out of their way to make it right. Combined with their very strong commitment to sustainability, this makes me feel very good about coming back to shop here again.

Above & beyond customer service by Silvia. Made an exchange work so smoothly for me & was very helpful with advice about a sweater that had a defect.
Clothes are great quality & they have good sales.

I ordered the long puffer coat and it is amazing. Kept me warm in minus 40 weather!

Love the low impact on the environment. Planting trees for every purchase made. Quality is always on point. Customers service is always quick to respond with any questions.

I recently ordered a sweatshirt from Tentree. My package said it was delivered by the postal service and left on my front porch. When I came home the package was not there. I contacted Tentree notifying them that I had not received my package. I filed a report with the post office and Tentree promptly shipped me another one! I am so impressed with the customer service and how quickly they responded! I really appreciate their understanding that this type of thing happens in this crazy world we live in.

Although I am aware of Tentree and it's environmentally-friendly policies, this was the first time I had ordered online. The jacket was a Christmas gift and it did not disappoint but my son decided he would prefer a smaller size. The return label was created promptly and a replacement shipped out to me directly. However, FedEx does not pick up in our area (although they do deliveries!) but Silvia at Customer Service was great and a Canada Post replacement shipping label was issued within a few minutes. It has been a real pleasure dealing with Tentree!

It is probably the worst customer service I have received in a long time from a Canadian Company. I placed an order on November 21 and used my PO BOX, as that's my main mailing address. Before I placed the order, I did note that TenTree does ship via Canada Post, and with most companies, as soon as you use a PO BOX, it automatically ships Canada Post. Well, I was wrong. They used a company called GoBolt, which I had never heard of.

Of course, this courier does not ship to PO Boxes and needs an address change. In the past, couriers with incomplete addresses generally contacted the customer for that information. When the delivery date passed and I hadn't heard anything about my package, I went to reach TenTree.

Well, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of TenTree. No phone number to call... what company doesn't allow its customers to talk to a human? I emailed them on November 30 and waited about a week for a response. I used their texting option, only to be told that TenTree couldn't update my address and that I'd have to do it with the courier. I contacted the courier and was told that TenTree had to update my address with them. Helpful.

Once TenTree got ahold of me on December 6, they told me they had to re-ship my package through Canada Post. I won't see the package until December 18, which is pathetic. Waiting a month for a package within Canada is pathetic.

TenTrees support is not up to par. Emailing or texting shouldn't be the only form of contact. And maybe once you email someone, they probably shouldn't tell you false information, like it's the customer's responsibility to update their addresses with couriers.

I'll never order from TenTree again.

This website appears to have fake reviews galore. Every clothing item has 90+ reviews (as if lol) and the clothing itself comes from China. I’m so over buying cheap sweatshop garbage from China.

The clothes are also only 45% recycled, so not nearly as sustainable as they claim.

Can't seem to find my order had to text someone and am waiting for them to get back to me. Was "at local Carrier on Nov 9th 2023 and now it is the 15th and no order
