I contacted TenTree customer support due to my order not being received even though it was marked as delivered. Silvia, the customer service representative I spoke with, was extremely helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to not only initiate a parcel trace investigation, but also issued me a replacement order. Despite no fault of the company, they graciously provided compensation for the incident. Truly exceptional customer service and support!

I love Tentree, it's one of my favourite brands - I'm just gutted that they've stopped shipping from the UK and the international postage fee is £25!! I don't know why they've done this and it's really frustrating, I've been a regular customer for years so it's disappointing. I've worn my leggings to death and need some new ones but I can't justify £70! Be good if they could do some occasional discounts for loyal, oversees customers. Just sayin!

I don't ever give 5 star reviews however TenTree customer service just set a new standard. For whatever reason when placing my online order I put the wrong address. I realized immediately and emailed there customer service and Silver was able to change the address. HOWEVER I was clearly on a different planet and gave her another wrong address (it was a busy day for me) I emailed her yet again panicked because it had been 48 hours and they are really good and shipping promptly. BUT sSilver was able to get a hold of my shipment and change it to the right address. *whew* I absolutely love there everyday tee. As a busy mom and activity community member they are my daily go to for comfort, coverage and style you can dress them up or dress them down easily.

Their t-shirts are completely see through. Yes, the fabric is soft and it's not fast fashion but it is the slowest shipping & the shirts are trash. If you want return their product you have to pay them $10 plus you don't get your original shipping back and you only have 30 days from purchase to return. That means you need to open and try on their clothes the day it arrives & get a hold of them same day. Why? Because by the time they get it in the mail its been almost 2 weeks and they their shipping is at a snail pace. So it arrives its been almost 30 days after you ordered, aka no returns.

I love this company, and they have excellent customer service. I've been buying tentree for over 8 years! They have the highest quality leggings and one time I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address and they worked with me to get it back. Excellent customer service!

Since I wanted to give myself some shirts, I decided to go check out Tentree and they really have the most beautiful designs when it comes to nature. i purchased four shirts of them and i got to say, they are beautiful.Plus, the Impact virtual
Island is the best part. Not only you get to buy a shirt, but you get to plant trees, which is great. So far, nothing but a great experience.

Great customer service and commitment to reducing their environmental impact. There was an issue with the shirt I first received and their response was to ship out a replacement and for me to keep or donate the damaged item so that it did not require additional shipping!

Have ordered from tentree many times, always a positive experience and enjoy the quality of clothes I receive.
