Rip off
Drinks from the bar were flat. Waiter then knocked drinks over when bringing food to the lane, which were replaced with more flat drinks. Bumper bars didn't work half the time for the kids. We then played pool which for the state of the tables is an absolute rip off. The whole place is filthy and needs a lot of TLC. Overall not a good experience considering the very high prices.

Been here many times and always pretty decent this time though ohh dear🙁
Probably shouldn’t have booked knowing cobblers were playing but assumed they would be prepared for the away fans..
No where near enough staff on and the ones that was there struggled terribly.
I booked 1 game of bowling with a meal and the meal never came,asked a member of staff if she could help and she said just finish your game then find somewhere to sit and she would bring it over!! It was rammed there was no where to sit I asked her what to do and she just looked bemused! Was I supposed to stand with my sons and eat!we just waited on the lane for our food but in turn held other people up who was waiting for our lane!! Poor

Staff were very friendly, lots of activities to do and enjoy, fast service, and atmosphere in general was amazing.

Fun experience!
We had our boys 7th bday at Tenpin just last weekend, there was only boys and staff handle them so well, organised and well stocked, our amazing lady Akshaya was ready at all times, serving extra drinks , food and cake, also making shaped ballons, also had a little buggy in the end, my boy and his friends had an amazing bday celebration!! 🎉🎉 Thank you again to amazing staff and especially our hostesses for the day Akshaya ❤️🙌🏻

Lanes and equipment need updating
Lanes and equipment need updating, bumpers weren't working. Not a smooth surface to bowl on due to wear and tear. They did move us to a new lane after we queued for ages to complain, however they didn't restart the game. Took the fun out of it.
Also very few staff around to help

Good family day out
I haven't been bowling in years but i throughly enjoyed it, my only gripe was when there is a party the music is far too loud and rather off putting, if the music could be limited to the specified lane/ lanes that would be much better

The staff was amazing and very supportive and none judgement we had one of our players with additional needs kick of big time didnt judge and support us so if you have a child with additional needs don't fell judge. The lovely young lady that was cleaning was so supportive

Completely inadequate staff and controls
Completely overrun with school children with very little control. Not enough staff to manage a full premises and the few lanes available were not well maintained. Ridiculous queue to be served and after half an hour of waiting for drinks to arrive I queued for 10 minutes to say I hadn’t got them. Just a terrible experience and poor to no controls by management
